Pilgrims Coffee House & Roastery Avis

I’ve bought my coffee from this company for a long time, excellent product and always fresh.

I first came across Pilgrim coffee while on holiday in Northumbria. Travelling down a lane through Midtead we found the Rocking Horse Cafe. I was very impressed with their coffee and asked. This was long before roasters had become so common. After various excursions making coffee at home I bought a Bambino Plus and DF54 to brew diy as paying £4 and finding the experience disappointing was frustrating. So after trying some local roasters I ordered Pilgrim Daily Bread. Now I have got the best of the extraction I am very happy with this for my main choice.
I did lots of searching but found the best advice was to extract in 28-30 secs giving an output of twice the beans weight or a little mor and adjust grind accordingly, in my case 17g at 12 on the DF54.
Now to search out a good decaf flavour for after 3pm!

I've been on the holy grail sub for a few years now and couldn't be happier. Excellent quality coffee and excellent service.

Thank you Pilgrims

Another repeat order and another great brew. Pilgrims quality and taste is as outstanding as the quick delivery service. Very happy again.

The team at Pilgrims are just lovely, more importantly.. The coffee is just excellent. Our office is fully fuelled by them.

Delicious coffee and great service. Thank you.

Consistently excellent coffee and service.

Delicious coffee delivered fresh with a few week shelf life ground according to use

I subscribe to Pilgrims Coffee for my coffee beans, and the service is truly commendable. They always give me ample time to pause a delivery if I'm not consuming much coffee, like during WaterAid's Just Water January. The beans are delivered in eco-friendly packaging, using just cardboard and paper tape. Couriers frequently mention the delightful aroma, which reassures me that the beans are freshly roasted right before shipping. I'm particularly fond of their Holy Grail blend. By subscribing, I feel I'm helping Pilgrims maintain steady cash flow, and I encourage others to support small businesses like theirs.

Very quick dispatch and delivery of this quality coffee. We'll and truly up to my expectations and a timely reminder of my visit Earlier this year. A whole country mile ahead of mass produced tat! Will definitely be ordering again.

Love this company. Coffee delicious, every cup a treat. Good packaging, prompt delivery, very helpful staff. Thank you!

Delicious coffee. Reliably delivered. Been buying pilgrims for year.

I have been buying Pilgrim Coffee products for some years now. I like their Daily Bread. Recently my wife had to cut out caffeine and the Pilgrim Coffee in Decaff form is brilliant or so my wife reports! I get a monthly supply much to the amusement of our postie who pretend to complain about the coffee smell in his van.

Very nice coffe and fast shipping👍

Excellent delivery service for one of our favour coffee beans , shame that the “shop” is not just down the road ! Thx

Lovely coffee super fast delivery

Pilgrims coffee is great. After previously purchasing a mixed pack, I found my favourite was the Holy Grail. The decaf is also brilliant (you’d never know). Buying online is simple and it arrives quickly.
