The original pillow has been so helpful for my husband. This pillow allows him to sleep comfortably on his back, and his side as needed. No other pillow comes close to meeting his needs.

Great customer service!
I emailed the company about purchasing another pillow when I noticed I couldn’t find them on Amazon or their website. They emailed me back stating they were in the middle of moving buildings and would email me as soon as production started back up. I got that email just as promised!

This is my 3 Pillo and only because I have only used this pillow for the last 10 years. It travels with me worldwide and the only pillow that truly works for me. I had a foraminotomy C5/C6 10 years ago, finding a pillow that allowed me to sleep on my side, comfortably, without shoulder/neck impingement changed my life. It is cooling, unlike some other side sleep pillows with seem to heat up in the night. I cannot live without this pillow, thank you to whoever invented it, because it made a world of difference to me.

The BEST side sleeper pillow
The BEST side sleeper pillow! I accidentally left my fave pillow at a Motel 6 in Sacramento and when I realized it at my next destination, Motel 6 told me IF they found it, they'd dump it. I wait 6 months for my Pillo to be back in manufacturing and let me just say it was worth the wait. I bought 3 pillows in the interim and was NEVER satisfied. Now... I'm happy!

My neck issues solved
My neck issues, pinched nerve, pour posture issues, etc. This is the only pillow that helps me. It keeps my neck and body aligned on my back, and then on my side, it keeps everything aligned there as well.
I’ve bought 6 other brands that didn’t help. This is the 01.
My first purchase was 2015 ish? This is my second purchase. Needed one for another location.

I now have 3! Support; Comfort; Sleep Better!
I have 1 original at home and 2 side sleepers at different locations. All in latex; I would never get memory foam as talalay latex is the only true support for your head & neck.
I should know, I have degenerative discs & have had anterior cervical discectomy fusion at C3-C5. Grateful to have found Pillo1 ! Very comfortable & no tossing & turning.
The 2 side sleepers= 1 is in our camper, and 1 is at my mother's house 1300 miles away for when I visit.

Helpful for nerve compression at C6/C7
This pillow has helped to reduce pain in my neck due to compression on the nerve root at C6/C7.

Love the quick shipping service (received in 4 days after ordering) and the comfort and support Pillo1 gives my neck. Have been using the Pillo1 for years and it was time for a replacement for my husband and myself. He's 6' tall and about 172 lbs. I am 5'6" and about 122 lbs and the medium works great for both of us.

I am very pleased with the side laying…
I am very pleased with the side laying of my PILLO1. My feather pillows were not providing the support I needed for a good night's sleep. It has been a pleasure sleeping without waking up with neck pain since I started using my PILLO1.

Like the latex pillow
Ordered the gel infused pillow initially and it was too soft for my liking, exchanged it for the latex pillow. Still adjusting to it, have only slept on it a few nights but so far liking it.

Hi Kayla, Sorry to hear that you didn't get the same support as original. More than likely, you ordered the gel infused memory foam which for some is great, but it is definitely softer. Please call our customer service at 805-371-8883 and we'll see if we can exchange the pillow you have for a Talalay Latex which you will find has a lot more support and still has the breathable comfort...probably what you were used to in the previous PILLO1. Then, after sleeping on the new Latex, perhaps you can revise your Star rating. We truly want to please everyone and improve your sleep so please contact us so we can get you the same pillow you have had for many years.
