Money taken - then disappeared before eventually getting money back
I paid money for a Mounjaro pen and was told to book a video consultation. I booked it for today and that was it - no joining instructions, no link, no phone call. The number on their website doesn't work and the contact form crashes if you try to send a message. A number of others have reported the same on Reddit today. Didn't at the time of ordering appear to be a functioning business.
Edit: I got my money back but only after asking them several times during which they tried to create more appointments. I also had to get my bank involved. I can also confirm that on 10th March 2025, a day short of 3 weeks since I posted my review, the phone number on their website is unresponsive (tel:01213922497). I can confirm this is a true record of events, and note that there has been an attempt to delete my review as of 10th March.

Not receiving joining instructions for your consultation, being unable to reach us by phone or contact form, and having to involve your bank to secure a refund — each of these on their own would be unacceptable, and we fully understand the distrust this created.
To provide some context: at the time of your order, we experienced an exceptionally large influx of orders arriving within a very short period, which coincided with staffing challenges that week. This placed significant strain on the team responsible for carrying out video verifications, and regrettably some customers did not receive the service they deserved as a result. Since then, we have made meaningful improvements to our order process, including the introduction of secure live data capture from mobile devices during the verification stage, removing the reliance on scheduled video appointments where a mobile device is used meeting the secure requirements and greatly reducing the risk of a similar situation occurring.
We also want to be clear that customer reviews are valued feedback and it is not our policy to request their removal. We are glad your refund was resolved, and we are sorry it took the effort it did on your part. Should you ever wish to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Very professional and reliable service this my second month and had no problems ordering. Item delivered well packaged and nice and safe. I also changed over companies as this was much cheaper as well.

I have a feeling this is a smaller business. I used to buy from a big supermarket pharmacy but would get emails warning of delays due to high demand. This place processes orders and ships very quickly.

Some website woes but feel in safe hands
The checks carried out before treatment were very thorough and used video calls to check height and weight so I felt reassured that I was in safe hands and getting good advice. The pricing compares well with other companies I think.
The change of website caused me some stress as all my history disappeared and the appointment booking system was open but not being monitored in December so I was left hanging and unable on time for my delivery. I found the new branding a bit less professional looking and there was no communication to existing customer about the name change which caused confusion. Hopefully this is sorted now.
