Fast delivery scruffy product
Fast delivery and efficient order process but the packaging of the actual product was poor. Looked as if it had been in store for a long time. The delivery packaging was undamaged. Not likely to order again.

Thank you for telling us, and I'm sorry. You're correct, the saline wasn't in that parcel. It hasn't been forgotten. Your saline and your Trimbow inhaler are on a second delivery that is being prepared now, and I'm personally chasing it today so it goes out without further delay. We will send you the tracking as soon as it's dispatched.
