Misleading on Price

Spent all the time entering the details to consider weight loss medication at an advertised cost of $249pm. Once in the medical meeting they advised that the cost and medication goes up every 4 weeks. It would have been nice to have this information prior to make a more informed decision before wasting my time.

Pilot team is very helpful

Pilot team is very helpful. I’ve been a customer for years and team has always supported and been there. Moiz from instagram helped fix my login issues and pause treatment while oversees which I’ve appreciated. Product has not always worked but help me be confident most of the time.

Happy and comfortable

I was happy that I was able to reduce the frequency of repeats and thought the doctor I spoke with was well informed and very comfortable to talk to.

I had ordered a treatment plan…

I had ordered a treatment plan requesting on multiple occasions for the shampoo and conditioner you can add. I had asked several times losing count, asking the doctor and supports. On top of that, the support team are basically ignoring me, and I'm about to cancel the treatment plan, I'm losing more hair from the stress of dealing with this shit. On top of this, they didn't accept my HAIR50 code that would take 50% off. They also told me to get the shampoo and conditioner, I would have to complete my treatment plan for the availability of the shampoo and conditioner, only to do that and have nothing come up in terms of "extras." I'm actually disgusted by the preying on vulnerable victims being scammed.

Ultimate performance!

I have been using pilots prescription for about two months now. Before this I was always worried in the back of my mind that I wouldn’t be able to perform, my confidence was very low because of this. Which doesn’t help performance either. But now I have no issues and my wife is loving it too. I have a new found confidence and am enjoying life to the max. Thank you pilot

Good times

Basically it works. The whole process was great and the stuff actually works, the partner loves it, I love it, I have more confidence in the bedroom and anywhere else. Would recommend

Very expensive compared to others

i think the service from the staff is good but slow, However, i think the cost of treatment is far more expensive. for example I can ge the same treatment form MOSH for $50 per month less, plus they also give some introductory offers. I am considering switching to save at least $600 per year.

6 weeks in and I’m enjoying success🥳

I’m enjoying incremental success on the Pilot Programme. Averaging a healthy .25kg loss per week. So far, communication is relatively easy and my concerns are addressed swiftly and satisfactorily🙂

You shipped my parcel to the wrong…

You shipped my parcel to the wrong address. I had to follow up and raise it to your attention at which time you said you would contact me back within 24 hours with some kind of resolution…. It’s been 3 days and I still have not heard back from you despite more follow ups on my part. But you sure were quick to take my money! Let me tell you what I would have expected as a customer: Immediately despatch a replacement parcel whilst you work behind the scenes to have the wrongly sent parcel returned to your facility! I will be canceling this service as soon as refund or shipment is sorted and will make it a point to dissuade anyone I know from using Pilot.

After I had a bad experience with pilot, I had written a review via trust pilot and they had responded advicing me they will give me a call and will process for refund. They havent refunded and called me at all and its been a while.
