I have been using PAT to prepare for a First Officer position with several different airlines.

I have used pilot aptitude test for years for different assessments and also for foreign licence conversion as the ATPL question bank is great. On the day the assessment for eg Aerlingus was spot on right down to the part where you are required to fly through the rotating rings. The performance monitoring and assessment software, that comes free, is great to see how I was personally progressing and how I was doing comparatively to other students. World class!!

Used it for my screening to gain entry into a flight program and it worked wonders. Tests were pretty much bang on to what I got on the day and gave me a lot of confidence going into it.

I found PAT online while I was waiting for my third stage (psychomotor test) for the Air Asia Cadet Pilot Program. I found that the modules and activities offered were similar to the ones that are used for the test. The cost of Subscription suited my budget and time. What really stands out was their customer service. Any queries I had was answered through Whatsapp. I’d like to thank Teddy for his help during the initial stages of me using the software. Pilot Aptitude Test is a great tool to preparare your assessments et to get the closet environnement and test to the d day. I subscribed to prepare the compass test and I have to say that it was really close to my test and it helped a lot to alleviate my stress and to succeed.

Recently, I’ve been using PilotaptitudeTest and I have to say it’s a very good resource. It offers a wide range of very useful exercises for preparation. Additionally, the support is excellent, always available with clear answers and, most importantly, very quick to respond!

I have just passed a DEP assessment at BA and found PAT to be invaluable in my preparation. I had been told by many people to use SkyTest which I did initially but I found there to be a lot of errors in the software and some of the calculations were not representative of what you would have in the actual capacity test. As such, I decided to buy PAT as well to give me a bit of extra practice.

I encountered an error with the software and emailed PAT to let them know, they could not have been more helpful replying within minutes and trying to get to the bottom of why it was happening and subsequently rectifying it so I was able to continue with the practice tests. Great software and a great company. I used this software to prepare for the TUI aptitude assessments and got through them! They have activities tailored to cadet schemes / airlines so you can focus in on what’s appropriate to what you’re applying for. In addition to this, they have a WhatsApp that you can contact at any point for help- with rapid response! Teddy is amazing :)

In my honest opinion there is no comparison between this version and the older one, or to be frank, the other websites which offer preparation materials.
