First time customer and I’m amazed by not only the quality of the jewellery but the personal touches they add to every order, when I realised my name was printed on the lid of the jar I might of squealed in excitement, it’s adorable! I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

I wouldn’t go anywhere for everyday jewelry, nothing I have bought elsewhere compares to the quality and price that pinch and fold offers. I wear my huggies and a range of cartilage piercings daily and never had issues or reactions to the products. Love it.

I’ve been a loyal pinch and fold customer since 2016, they easily had me at hello. Over the years I’ve placed roughly 7 orders with them. I’ve never experienced anything bad.

My first few orders were from their cartilage piercings collection. A friend recommended them to me after stumbling upon them on instagram. The orders all arrived so quickly ( the shipping were all free) and neatly packaged in tiny glass jars with personalised handwritten cards. I’m a huge branding nerd and it ticked all my boxes.

My most recently order was a pair of huggies. I love them and wear them almost everyday. On one occasion I noticed a gem was missing (after wearing them for 3 months). I contacted pinch and fold just to let them know and they quickly responded and offered to send me a new pair free of charge! This really speaks volume about their customer service and reliability.

Whenever someone asks me for jewellery recommendations i always mention pinch and fold first. I’ve had several friends tell me how much they like their new earrings after my recommendation and how much compliments they get 😊

All in all, a 100/10. Sorry for such a long essay hahaha.

I purchased three different types of earring from PinchandFold, which ended up costing $109 all up. I wanted some high quality earrings to last me long-term. After wearing all three earrings for about 2-3 weeks - the inside of my earring hole started going black and green. I took the earrings out for a few days and my ear went back to normal. I put the earrings on again, and same result. Side note: I usually never react to any type of earrings (I buy from a variety of different places: markets, op shops, the pharmacy, real gold and silver earrings, surgical steal etc) - but these are the first earrings that have done this. I was disappointed, because spending $109 on 3 earrings is crazy to begin with, but I justified it by thinking it would be high quality items. I reached out to PinchandFold in hopes that they would rectify the situation based on my experiences - but their solution was to a) buy even more expensive earrings (full gold) or b) to put a coat of clear nailpolish over the earring. Also, the huggie earrings are far too small and were super uncomfortable to wear, as many other reviews have pointed out already. It has been almost a year since I emailed them, and clearly I'm still not over it lol, because I'm writing this review a year later... Everytime I put new earrings on now, I am reminded of how unfair PinchandFold were and how I can never wear those earrings again. Anyways - this has been my first and last experience with pinchandfold. I will not be buying from them again.

I purchased some huggies and when they arrived one of them did not stay closed/ click shut properly. I contacted P&F straight away before wearing items and they insisted I was doing it wrong. I persevered and returned them at my own expense as I knew the earring would fall out whilst I was wearing it. P&F then bent the earring into and odd shape and returned it claiming it was fixed. It wasn't. I gave it a go and with in a day the earring had come loose and fallen out. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find it and now I am stuck with one tiny expensive earring. It wouldn't have cost them much to replace the one faulty earring but instead they avoided taking responsibility. I now will not shop with Pinch & Fold again and have told my friends and colleagues not to as well. I love to support small NZ businesses rather than chain stores but the support needs to go both ways with retailer, when we pay above chain store prices we expect above chain store service. .
