Fraudulent organisation, they provided poor quality products and I offered extra money to fix but they choose to deliberately not answer calls or respond on WhatsApp even after reading my message. The installed fell down so it is dangerous for kids

Scammers. Will take your money and deliver nothing. Avoid and report to DED or police.

Paid them months ago and got nothing, they avoid me and have not delivered my order

Bad product and bad people.

Has to go to consumer watchdog and make a report after no communications post deposit.

They then came and delivered the product and delivery person was aggressive and quite threatening.

We have since had to remove half of the equipment as it was unsafe for our kids to play.

If there is less than 1 star i would have chosen happily, simply everything written in other reviews is true and exactly happened with me, looking now into reporting them to the government and police too

I wish I’ve seen all these reviews before. I’m going through the same thing now. I’ve filled an Ecrime report with Dubai Police and a DED consumer rights complaint. Reading the comments, I’m surprised they are still going on with these scams for this long with no consequences.

WORST FURNITURE COMPANY!

All experience are bad. Service is bad. Quality is bad. Strong paint smell during delivery. On the first day we used the bed the braces fell off. Worst is they don't come anymore to fix the issue. Even they don't open your message of complain. WORST experience. Not sure why they are still existing.

Terrible service

No clear answers after order was placed.

Delayed delivery, it took 3 weeks+ to get our order, a floor bed we had ordered for our son.

Upon delivery they wouldnt come in withouth clearing the balance.

I didnt clear the balance but managed to get them in as we weren't ready for installation. The next day they are talking bad to the delivery man whose not at fault.

They wouldnt only install on the day if I had to call them back they would charge me extra. And its the companies fault for the delay and unexpected delivery we weren't able to complete the installation. So I requested they compensate for the installation which they refused and carried on talking bad to the delivery man. So I had to clear the balance and im left with a bed I have to install on my own or get someone in to do so.

They said they were painting for over a week i can still see pencil markings on the bed with paint marks and filler not being used properly.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! they say on their website 8-10 days for delivery but it’s a lie. After weeks and weeks of chasing I unfortunately checked the reviews and realised they scam people. So after threatening them with the police they finally delivered my product. I have still reported them anyway to stop them doing it again.
Once they finally installed the product the quality is so bad!! Do not use!

I paid them a deposit and they disappeared, they stop answering me. I tried to call them and whatsapp them, but no response.

My complaint has been sent to the consumer right office as well as Dubai police.

DO NOT FALL for the same scam

Absolute scam. Delivered totally wrong product, with sharps nails coming out of the wood. Extremely dangerous for kids and not useable. When we call for a claim, no more answer. Just save your money and avoid

It’s a scam company the wood gyms are made in Dubai with the poorest material and toxic paint, poor quality and be aware when you make the payment it’s requested to be made to a personal account not the company account so this was red flag for me, but he tried to convince me and sent me the DED license which also didn’t show the company name, the owner some Pakastani scammer as his nationality was in the license, maybe it’s a fake license too.

This company is a scam, and something seriously needs to be done about it.
They ask for full payment before delivering , and once they have your money, everything changes. They pretend to resolve it but only make excuses. They’ll claim the item delivered is wrong, promise a replacement “soon,” and then disappear without a trace.

They consistently delay deliveries, ignore calls, and provide vague or misleading responses. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly have no intention of honoring their promises. They also manipulate their social media by restricting comments and blocking anyone who tries to speak out about their experience.

This is not just bad service — it’s a calculated scam. They’re taking people’s money with no intention of delivering what was promised. It’s dishonest, unethical, and unacceptable. People need to be warned, and appropriate action should be taken before more customers fall victim.

I have also been scammed by this company.
Two times they changed the delivery date in the moment they were supposed to deliver. Not answering the phone and not giving proper answers. Also they limited the comments on their instagram posts and don’t allow to be mentioned when I tried to reach out through ig and claim the scam.
Not refund or proper customer service. It’s been 3 weeks and they keep telling they will deliver or is under painting process…

Agree with the rest of the reviews, worst quality, poor craftmanship and not even safe for children. Cheat of a company. I have complained to DED consumer rights s they wouldn't answer calls and wouldn't return my money.

Scammers don’t trust them
They don’t deliver the actual product and I believe they have premade samples
They demand full payment before installation then you find out what was delivered was not what you ordered
They claim they will come back to fix the issue and replace the items but obviously this never happened and they don’t answer the calls

Terrible experience. I purchased a swedish ladder for kids online, when they delivered it to me they said they would have come back for fixing it as all the sticks were spinning around. They didn’t answer anymore and they didn’t show up again. The ladder is made of a poor quality wood, the painting is toxic and it unusable. They even don’t have a google account for avoiding the reviews.

This company is a scam. I ordered a climbing structure for my son’s birthday, paid online, and never heard anything from them afterwards. Please be careful and stay far away.
