Great price, excellent quality, good communication, delivered quickly

Excellent quality and service from these chaps. The delivery came in around a week. We got a call with a delivery slot and it came when stated. The wood is beautifully cut and very accurate; a project which would have taken me weeks to achieve to a lower standard has gone together within a few hours and fits perfectly. The delivery was not packaged at all, but was hand delivered and carried into our house where it was stacked neatly which is all I could ask. Thank you, I’ll be back for more. Oh, and the cost was actually less than buying uncut boards and doing it myself, with no waste either.

I do not have my order. Tracking said parcel wasn’t ready at time of collection, then no more information or updates. Tried to contact pine 4 you via their email address listed on the site which gets rejected as not recognised. Have gone through the website to chase up on their contact us form and still no response. I would not recommend nor will I be using them again.

The pine I ordered was delivered within 2 days of my order.
It was very well packed, and arrived cut exactly to my requirements.
It was delivered direct to my room by a very efficient delivery driver.
The only minor downside was the delivery charge of £35 , which I thought was a little high for the size and amount of wood, that I had ordered.
I can say however, that the pine and service is very good: and I am pleased with the service and the company Pinecut4 you.
Thanks Wayne for your response, a possible suggestion would be to base delivery charges, in bands, according to the weight of the final dispatched pine goods.

Brilliant that you can get wood cut to exact size the order was spot on. Delivery went a bit pear shaped though and I had to contact delivery folk. But all good after that.

I ordered several sizes, it was good quality ideal for the job, and I received it within a week of ordering.

Website is very helpful for novice wood buyers. Customer service with Wayne was good. We had to wait a little longer than expected but were kept in touch

Everything I ordered arrived in very good condition and was cut to the correct size. It arrived when Wayne said that it would. I was very grateful that the delivery man even carried the wood up to the top floor of the building. I would highly recommend Pinecut4you, the service was excellent.

I shouldn’t be surprised that they simply do what they say, but it was a very nice surprise that they’re a proper service-conscious business. I just found them by googling so I was worried they might be rubbish, but no. They’re great. Easy to order, and in less than 2 weeks the wood arrives, it’s decent wood, not horribly knotted or discoloured or anything, not warped or twisted, and all accurately cut and planed. Even better, they made a small mistake with my delivery, I called next morning and they fixed it and brought the missing planks round by lunchtime, very apologetic even though it was no big deal for me. That’s good customer service and they obviously appreciate your business and do their best. I was very relieved and very happy. I’m going to do a second similar job now partly because I now know there’s no risk.
