Don't buy from this company. They automatically put you on a reoccurring subscription. And their customer service is unresponsive. They don't have a phone number and only leave an email address to contact them. I have emailed them 3 times and I have yet to hear back. I had to call my credit card company to stop any future payments to this company. Hopefully that will stop the leaching of money from my account. They are a predatory company that takes your money and doesn't reply to emails. I guess if they don't then you can't cancel a subscription you never signed up for. Stay away run away and don't look back.

This is a scam. Beware, they will enroll you in a monthly charge without your knowledge or approval. You will even get duplicate charges on the same day. They do not answer there email or there phone number. Stay 1o miles away from these scammers!!!!!

Just as other people have said, order from Pinemoor only if you want unauthorized subscription charges. For us it was $99.99 that was charged twice in two days. Fortunately, the charges were still pending on our credit card, so the bank hopefully was able to stop the transaction before Pinemoor was paid. But the bank had to cancel our credit card and issue a new one. Be careful which companies you choose to give your credit card number to. Pinemoor is conducting a shameful business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I assumed it wouldn't work, but my husband wanted to give it a try. It raised his blood pressure through the roof! Also they are just a scam to steal your money. They automatically sign you up for a "subscription" and then refuse to cancel the subscription despite saying they have. There is no way to log into your account and remove your credit card and no way aside from emailing them to cancel your "subscription". I've gotten several responses that said they would cancel and refund my money but they haven't. After I not only got a mystery order outside of my "subscription time" as well as received my second subscription order with less than the amount of product I ordered, I asked again what was happening and the response I got was a refusal to refund my money and a refusal to cancel my subscription. I have contacted my credit card company to attempt to prevent any future orders. Maybe I'll get the last fake order refunded, but I'm most worried about more future orders.

If you order once, you’re now on a subscription and they raise the price by $20-30. They don’t send all the product anyway. Emailed them 3times to cancel - NO REPLY - now I see others reporting this scam who had not reported prior to my first (and only) order. Had to cancel my credit card to prevent being billed a third time and submit a fraud report to credit card co who will investigate. They advertise on FB.

Do not order from this company! Once they get your information, they repeatedly send (unordered) product. The “ contact us” email is no good and correspondence returns as undeliverable. I order many items online, and have never dealt with a more sketchy, shady company.
