I bought an organic buckwheat pillow because I was curious, but it has been helping me to do the transition from Side sleeper to back sleeper. It is really interesting how this material shapes it to your head. Really glad to make that decision and considering getting another one.

I love my PineTales buckwheat pillow! The first time I tried a buckwheat pillow was when I spent a summer in China doing a research project. I loved it, but it was too bulky to bring back with me. When I finally got around to getting another one, I found PineTales. I took out a bunch of the filling to adjust it to my liking, and now I use it every night, making a little divot for my head. I miss it when I’m on vacation!!

I was given a pillow by a friend, and really appreciated how firm and supportive it was; I have spine issues and I really noticed how well I slept. I plan to buy one for another friend soon!

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, the pillow was packaged well, and I'm very happy with my pillow. It stays cooler than my other pillows and has helped with my neck pain.

This pillow brand is my most favorite and I have tried a lot! I have the large, the mini, and also the tummy sleeper mini. I love the travel size and even bought extra to have for my guest beds.

The pillowcases are good quality, cooling and nice to the touch. The pillows come with generous amount of buckwheat, so you can easily adjust to your liking and have a lot left over for refilling. Shopping was very fast, overall great pillows. I ordered a Japanese Plus size, so that it looks like a regular pillow and could also be used for back support during daytime.

Love the quality of the product and have had the best sleep.

I wanted a buckwheat pillow for years but was so nervous to commit to the purchase but I am so glad I did! I love how moldable they are. I have EDS and feel that it has helped significantly with my posture and pain management of my neck and back. I would absolutely reccomend to friends. Maybe takes a bit of getting used to but I will never go back to a fluffy down or memory foam pillow.

I went searching for a buckwheat pillow after living in Japan and having used a hand made one I bought at a flea market. Pinetales appeared to be selling the most authentic and quality version of the Buckwheat pillow so I ordered one for myself. I’ve been using it for over a year and I don’t think I’ll ever switch to a different pillow. My wife found my pillow so comfortable I had to order one for her to keep her from stealing mine before bed.

PineTales pillows are amazing. They come with enough buckwheat for those who like their pillows full, which is nice because you can always remove some and adjust to your liking. Their soft covers are easy to clean and make the buckwheat that much more comfortable and a little bit quieter too. Worth every penny.

Love Pine Tales pillows. Have 4 buckwheat and 1 millet pillow for our family. We have travel sizes as well that we travel with on each trip. My wife has completely stopped snoring after 15+ years when we got our first pillow in 2021. I use the hybrid pillow. We love them. And Pine Tales has very high quality.

Shipping was quick and the product is exactly what they promise. I got the travel size buckwheat pillow with the cooling cover. These pillows run on the stiffer side, but because it conforms to the exact shape of your shoulders neck and head, it's such a comfortable pillow. I did as they suggested and removed enough of the buckwheat hulls to get the pillow into that sweet spot of support and flexibility. I store the extra buckwheat hulls in a gallon-size ziploc bag just in case they'll be needed in the future. I've had the pillow for about 2 years now and it has held up very well. No complaints!

it was easy to get what i wanted. failed to get a new cover, though... i absolutely think that this buckwheat pillow is one of the best i have used, both in the USA and in Japan

I love my buckwheat pillow! I have sleep apnea and it helps to keep my mask from squishing against my face. If you are looking for a friend, but malleable pillow, this is the one for you.

I bought one of the buckwheat pillows and I haven’t looked back. Sincerely the best pillow I have ever had. I won’t sleep on anything else but a pinetales as long as I live.

This is the greatest pillow ever! I’ve been using it for years now and just ordered a second one (so I can bring it whenever I travel). Before this pillow my neck would get so stiff I could hardly move my head and now I sleep better and have no stiffness. I have convinced many friends to buy this pillow and cannot recommend it enough!

I’ve been using a buckwheat pillow for over 35 years, the same one that I love!
When my daughter complained about her feather type pillow I ordered a buckwheat one and matching cooling pillow case to try. She loves it! I also ordered one for each of my grandchildren for Xmas 2024. I recently asked them if they are using them and if they liked them. They both smiled brightly and shared that they are and they really, really like them.
I have a smaller version of the buckwheat pillow that I take when I travel as I can’t sleep without it. I guess it’s time I ordered a new one and get me a cooling pillow case to enjoy.
