Worst shop!!! Buyers be aware! Horrible customer service or lack of. Super rude and so unprofessional! I ordered over $300 worth of pins and never received the package. They told me to file a claim with the post office. Watch I didn't know how to do that. So I file a back change with my bank. And the email I received from this company is so disgusting and rude. And basically accusing me of receiving the package when I did not. Like how is this company still in business?

I’ve shopped here numerous times, but shipping has always been slow and takes weeks to fulfill orders. The new website is extremely difficult to use, and unfortunately the product quality has gone downhill while prices continue to rise. The combination of higher costs and lower quality has made me decide I will no longer be shopping here.

This company is a no way for me. They value quantity over quality nowadays and just keep pushing out more and more pins with overused designs, poor quality and they don't care when you raise concerns about their quality. Customer service is extremely lacking, they've done away with their rewards system and it's just a pass for me.

Unfortunately I have had two poor experiences with Pink a la Mode. They sent me their special edition pins that I spent over $150 on, and they looked like they were dragged on the concrete with white scuffing. They told me that was normal and all the pins had that.... Next I orders two NEW bags from them. One of the bags did not have the tag attached, and the straps were undone. I'm pretty sure it was used or a return.

They have multiple employees to handle their website’s orders, yet it took over a week for them to ship out my order. They seem to prioritize their WhatNot orders because of the unregulated gambling done there, and only the founder’s wife handles those hundreds of orders. Not only that, but many of their “sold-out” limited edition pins appear on their WhatNot shows. (Then again, maybe some pins had low sales, and WhatNot helped to sell them.)

Do not shop here please they are not worth keeping in business

I ordered a purse OVER a week ago. Contacted them they told me it shipped. It has not shipped. They don't have a actual number to call. Their communication is awful. I live in CA. They don't care about their clients. I will not order from this company again. You should not either they will just jerk you around.

I ordered 3 boxes of pins from them that were supposed to have 2 pins in each box. One box came with only one pin it. I emailed them over and over with no response and even posted on their Instagram page with no response. Will never buy from them again.

Do not order from this company! I understand they’re a small family business but they do nothing when your order isn’t delivered. No refund, no replacement, no store credit. I will never spend money with this company again. They could have gained a lifetime customer but they chose to screw me over. Learn how to build customer loyalty before going into business. If the same happened to you don’t bother voicing your concerns on their Instagram account. They’ll just block you.

Another scan by Pink a la mode. The baby oysters that were “sold out” all of a sudden there here again. So those of us that bought them to resell are now screwed again!
Totally my fault this time. I said I would never buy from them again unless there was a pin I actually liked. You know the say first time shame on you, second time shame on me. This time it is. I fell for it again. Now watch the rose gold version that only 100 were made are all of a sudden going to be available.
Also look at the princess story book pins that were gain” sold out” now they’re selling those again.
People if you only take one thing away from this is don’t be fooled by these sellers. Hold onto your money. Buy a grail pin somewhere else because if you’re trying to make money on these pins this company will back door you. Don’t believe me, do this. The next time you want to blow your money here DONT. Watch and see what happens. They will say the pin is sold out. Then watch how much people are getting for that pin. Then out of the blue they will have the pin again.

I've read the reviews and I'm 😲 SHOCKED SHOOK I have been shopping with Pink Ala Mode since 2022 and have NEVER had an issue with them. EVERY SINGLE ITEM I have ever ordered has arrived.

I admit I've never bought Pins from the company but that's just because I'm not into them. But I have purchased several bags, wallets and everything inbetween.

And when I had an issue of an item that was added during purchasing they QUICKLY took it off and I was given my funds back. This company is legit and I'll ALWAYS come back to repurchase.

Pins are fine as far as style but they are overpriced at 14 for 1 tiny pin and the most recent interactions has left me with a bad taste. Spent $112 on 8 blind packs and received 6 of the same pin, the playing card! The probability of that is extremely low with the edition size unless there were substantially more made, which would be incredibly shady. Reached out to Pink and they are not willing make it right and stand behind their "policies". Policies are put in place to provide guidance and prevent abuse, not to prevent a company from doing the right thing. Not standing behind your products or your guests because you put a sentence in your policy to fall back on tells me a lot about the company and their goals. Even CEO Curtis Wilson felt the need respond to my followup email requesting a contact phone number and instead adding " unfortunate that you received duplicates, but that is the possibility and reality with all mystery items." No phone number was provided. Disappointing. I used to really enjoy this company, but they have continually let me down and this was it for me. I had been wondering if they had been overproducing pins for a while and tagging them as limited edition when they really aren't. I received 6 of the same pin out of 50 (LE300 w/ 6 different styles).

They canceled my order and not refunding my $20 rewards.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!! Order from another source. Do not trust this site. This is the worst site Ive ever ordered from. I will never shop there again. Spent almost $200 and receive nothing. Took payment right away and never shipped my order. It was cancelled after 2 months with no update or request. Poorly managed organization and horrible business. I would give them no stars but that isn’t an option.

Avoid this company at all costs! If you get a poorly shipped and damaged bag you will have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund or a replacement. No apology or accountability. This has happened twice now to me in the past few months with them. No longer will do business with them going forward.

I'm having trouble verifying this business. Two websites (thepinkalamodes.com and pinkalamode.com). One gives an Anaheim, CA address that does not come up, and the other just states that they are in Walnut, CA. I saw a few other reviews on Reddit - some good, some bad. But, my gut tells me this is not legit.

Bought a Star Wars mini backpack as a Christmas gift for my future daughter-in-law. Less than three months later, a loop on the bag broke. She only asked for a replacement. They offered a 15 percent refund. THAT was their one-time exception. Do NOT do business with this company.

I placed one order from this company’s website and somehow got two orders and they charged me for both orders. I returned the second set of items I did not want, which have you pay for the shipping back and put in a note explaining what happened and I would like a full refund. Nope they refunded everything but the tax and shipping on order I didn’t place. What a scam. Check your email to make sure this company does place more than one order. I wasn’t able too because I was flying out for my father’s funeral. I only noticed when I got back and confusion with two packages from them.

Well, this site had an exclusive comic. They advertised 1500 but only released about 500 for sale on their site which sold out in less than 30 seconds. The rest? Who knows? They were probably sold off to retailers who had prior agreements to buy in bulk where they will up the price significantly. Stay away from this corrupt, greedy site!
