Hi Raykla, Thank You for your kind words :)
Excellent Customer Service
I bought a cardigan from this brand - the package arrived today and contained a dress with the wrong name and packing slip inside. I emailed the company in the evening and was called back by a member of their customer service team at 8.50am the next day. They were apologetic and quickly organised sending the correct item to me first class. I really appreciate the speed of response and how easily they have rectified the error. Thank you!
