Dear Andrew,
After completing a full year of collaboration on your book's [The Fox Hunter]'s developmental, line/copy editing, we are surprised and disheartened to learn about your dispute regarding work you previously expressed satisfaction with and even approved for continuation just two days prior.
As you are aware, we have borne the expenses for your artwork and dedicated almost an entire year to editing your book. Throughout this period, you consistently expressed high satisfaction and appreciation for our services, and no issues were raised in your feedback.
We believe in fairness and transparency and feel it is important to accurately communicate your experience to your audience. Regarding the PayPal refund, we voluntarily decided to grant you a full refund and closed the case in your favor. You can verify this through the confirmation and our final request to PayPal for a full refund.
If you have any evidence that we have defamed you or damaged your reputation or the content of your book, please share it with us. It does not make sense that we would defame or harm you, especially after voluntarily refunding your money.
We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused. We are pleased that you have received both your money and your book, and rest assured, your image on social media remains intact and protected. We never intended to cause you any harm.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Team
