I'm giving 5 stars because normally the service from Pipeline products is excellent. I must add though, my last order was mis-picked by the warehouse staff and the process to re-send and collect somehow got forgotten so I haven't had my parts yet. Promised Monday so that will be 5 days late that I can start my job. So, 4 stars here, but 5 for their feedback rating because they are usually excellent!

This is a great company, their products are excellent and their service greater still. I placed an order on the Thursday late afternoon, later that evening I realized I had made a mistake. I telephoned Friday morning and explained, spoke to Dominic who pulled the order, changed the contents and I received the correct fittings the next day and not on the Monday as expected.
Now that's what I call service! Thank you Pipe Line Products, excellent quality, first-class service.

Third time lucky.. I decided to try once more here (after all their prices are generally pretty good)

I dealt with Jake, who quoted me very promptly and I even got a call (I think from Maddy?) just to confirm I knew that there was a bit of a lead time on the items requested, which I was already aware of.

A far better experience than previously and doing a follow up to ensure I knew about the delivery was a nice touch as it shows how important customer service is. (Something that I didn't feel seemed that important when dealing with them previously)

I'll continue to come back here as the prices are good and my experience was much much better than previous, well done Jake and Maddy in particular.

I could not recommend this supplier more highly. We are currently equipping a new venture, which has required a vast array of fittings and equipment. Their service has been stellar.

Maddy Jeffreys has been superb in placing all of our orders and answering numerous queries. She was always available to talk over the phone and placed all of our orders within 24 hours. I couldn't ask for more from a sales-person. We've also dealt with Edd Ryder & Dominic Mayo, who have been very helpful.

We will continue to rely on this supplier as our business expands, and so are very glad to have them.
