PIP HELP CIC Avis 

I spoke to Maddie who helped me with a Mandatory reconsideration for my PIP application back August.
She was so knowledgeable and guided me into what evidence and information I needed to complete.
Being an overwhelming process it was nice to have a helping hand to guide me. Thank you so much Maddie.

I used PIP HELP after being turned down and only getting 2 points. Sandra helped me do a MR and then help when I went on to tribunal and ended up with high care and standard mobility. Lovely lady couldn't have done it with out her. Thank you

Annie was amazing from start to finish! Her expertise and guidance ensured I was able to navigate my application with ease, and which resulted in a successful claim. Just knowing she was at the end of the phone or email made all the difference, as well as feeling that I had someone that understood and was on my side. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I received immediate response to asking for help via Facebook, being advised I had been added to the list for advice regarding change of circumstances for my Sons PIP claim. I had a nice friendly super knowledgeable phone call from Dave the next day, how helpful and clear his information was really was able to satisfy my mind with what I should do. He was able to work out my likelihood of increasing points under mobility/moving and planning and I quickly could see he was already achieving the correct points! He offered help for now and the future was friendly and professional and did know his topic!! I want to thank Julie for all her help with my father's PIP case. She was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. From the first moment I met Mel I felt at ease straight away. She swiftly grasped how difficult life had become for me because of my health struggles. I was recommended to Mel at PIP HELP CIC after I had initially been turned down for PIP. Although I was struggling with my health issues and had been Ill health retired from a 30 plus career as a nurse I felt too ashamed to appeal the decision I had been given.
Mel through her gentle probing and asking what life was like for me on a day to day basis made me realise that I did need additional help and support to manage my day to day health struggles.
Mel allowed me to go at my own pace, as I struggled due to my health issues to process some of the information which was required of me. Mel supported me throughout the appeal process. Mel was also able to help me with the paperwork I needed to submit and also explain what additional information and medical reports would be helpful to support my appeal. Nothing was too much trouble for Mel and I was so grateful for her kindness and support. I would have given up on my appeal without Mel’s help and support.
Although my being awarded PIP (on appeal) does not change my health issues, it has enabled me to get a little bit more help and support with my day to day living needs.

I used this company as I didn't have any confidence taking my pip to a tribunal after the stress and anxiety it gave me last time. I was working with Sandra who was so attentive and advised me to carry on even at times I didn't want to. I got enhanced on mobility after having nothing.... The staff that helped me gave me the convidence, to push forward and apply again after a bad experience a few years ago where I was made to feel rubbish by an assessor who then striped me of my pip just to gain herself some brownie points.

Absolutely 5 Stars, the care and support from Jeremy was outstanding.
Without his support I would not be able to make my life any easier.
I now can get extra Hydrotherapyand any other treatments to support me with my Fibromyalgia and Me/CFS.

I approached PIP Help CIC for support with submitting a Mandatory Reconsideration and am so pleased I did.

I initially spoke with Dave who was extremely helpful. What I particularly liked was that there was absolutely no pressure to commit to using their services. Dave was more than happy to just spend time talking and giving general advice about how the Mandatory Reconsideration process works and what to think about when competing the documentation. A real gentleman.

When it became clear this would be something I would not be able to do without personalised support, I was referred to Jeremy.

And, what can I say about Jeremy? I’m not sure I can do him justice.

Let’s be honest, the process is horribly humiliating but with Jeremy by my side it helped. It really did.

I don’t recognise myself as being the same person I was before my diagnosis. I respond to situations so differently as to how I would before. Jeremy helped me to remain focused on the outcome and by explaining things to me so clearly and patiently we got there and I felt brave enough to do it.

He listened to my ramblings, repetitive and disorganised speech without passing judgement and somehow managed to put together a case to support my application.

Jeremy kept in regular contact during the whole process and please, please, believe me when I say that no question was a stupid one. I had many and Jeremy always replied quickly to phone calls and and messages with good grace and humour. I’m going to miss him.

Please don’t face the daunting prospect of PIP alone. Yes, I know there is a fee but, for me, it has been worth every penny. I know I would not have done it without them. I wouldn’t have even tried. So, please trust them to support you too.

I had a free phone call with Dave where I explained my review and the information that I had. He explained the best way to proceed.
I felt very supported and reassured. It was helpful to know that I could contact them again and get help if my review was turned down.

I had to appeal my PIP decision and I've decided to get some help this time.
I've contacted PIP HELP CIC and what I can say - these people are not only professionals but they take every case with so much care for us. Jeremy was so helpful and detailed. My advice to anyone who need help with first claim, review or appeal, to use PIP HELP CIC services.

I contacted piphelpcic for advice as it was my 1st time making a new claim & i was completely overwhelmed and didn't know where to start.
My 1st contact was with dave who was so friendly, helpful and full of knowledge & advice.
I was then assigned a case worker Jeremy. I can not give enough gold stars for this gentleman. His knowledge, kindness, patience and support was amazing. He listened.... A lot. Talked me through every possible scenario. Always in contact with calls or texts, emails when I had days that I couldn't communicate properly and struggled with my disabilities, pain, anxiety and mental health. He helped decide what medical information I needed and what to send, helped draft, properly word and describe my disabities perfectly on the form and fill it out. I can't thank him enough for his support and making me smile, he even supported me before, during and after my telephone assessment.
I was delighted to receive enhanced award on both daily living and mobility.
Worth every penny and more. Please don't hesitate to ask them any questions as there honesty was very much appreciated.

I entrusted pip help .org for help with my claim because of multiple ongoing disabilities and long term health problems..
The initial chat with Dave , his understanding and knowledge made it an easy decision ,and the right place for getting help ..

Annelin then helped me all the way through.. her attention to detail, knowledge , kindness and understanding to my struggles with cognitive function and pain levels was just outstanding.!
Annelin has really restored my faith in people.. Iv never really had such dedicated help like this before..
