A Second Alijoz 400
Bought a second Alijoz 400 within a few weeks in preparation for next year’s King Salmon season on Salmon River. I liked the first one so well I couldn’t wait to get a second. The key features that caught my interest were a blue low profile baitcaster, high capacity for fluorocarbon line, drag clicker and power handle. The reviews and videos were impressive. The overall value was too good to pass up!

I felt like a kid at Christmas the reel came in a box with form cut foam in it. Nice knowing a company wants your reel in top shape when it gets to your house. I'm waiting on ice line to get to me before I go try it out

Thank you for your feedback about the anti-reverse switch. We completely understand your preference — it's a very useful feature for many anglers.
The Carbon X II 1000 is designed as an ultra-compact reel for the lightest freshwater fishing, which is why it omits the switch to save weight and size.
To make things right for you, we’ve already provided a prepaid return label. Please send the 1000 size reel back, and we’ll be happy to upgrade your order to a 2000 size reel at no extra cost. This model includes the anti-reverse switch you’d like, along with a slightly larger line capacity.

I was a little confused how to order at first, plus I wanted to shop and purchase other items. I sent a reel back because of the size (needed bigger) and was treated very fairly. I’ll deal with piscifun

For me Alijoz 400 is one of a kind spool with 50LB line and cast further I’m in TX salty fishing Red / Black drum Etc with cut bait love the sound of clicker when the fish hook
