Good products as always but a letter to another customer was included in my package - so presumably she got mine ! I did ring up and point out the error

Really wanted to love this but have used it twice in 2 years, its pretty useless for me unfortunately. We live in a rural area and although we have good signal (3 or 4 bars of 4G), the unit reports constant very slow signal. Rarely can we find a satellite (no tall buildings or trees nearby). When it does randomly connect, it only shows the dogs location every few minutes- I need a live location to find him (maybe this is possible when you ‘start a walk’ but Ive never been able to find signal and gos to do this). I also need geofencing so im altered when he leaves our land. There are cheaper products out there which live locate and geofence so this priduct was wasted money for me.
Shame, lovely branding and customer service- a pitpat 2.0 is needed

Rarely get a signal to track my dog on any of the walks I do even when I have a good phone signal and internet on my phone. Pretty pointless fo me really.
