T shirt ordered delivey was messed up by DTDC. But i will appreciate the personal all efforts of Mr Irfan who took personal responsibility for resolving the issue. He despatched another one by India post which i received in a well packed condition. The shirt is extraordinarily fine and very comfortable. The size is perfect. The organization and the people are very much customer caring and has helping attitude.
Mr. Irfan is so much dedicated and honest person and is big asset for organization. Madam Hema too in the customer care is very helpful. In the end I got a Fantastic T shirt.

Actually I appreciate the delivery method of pit shirt and the Delhivery courier tracking system both are amazing. This is not for Rs. 50/ discount. I feel really. It is good.

The quality of the T SHIRTS are very good. The feel of wearing is very soft and comfortable. I also request for customised height and waist size of night pants for better comfort.

The quality of the cloth used is rich, pure cotton.
The stitching is best, and the size of the t shirt is perfect based on the chest size of men.
Service is promt , considering my urgent replacementr request was done & my promt delivery.

Delivery Issue. I placed order on July 30th. I have been writing to customer support since Aug 10th. Its been back & forth, asking if I want refund or re-send the package. When ever I ask for refund, I was told that once they receive back the parcel only I would get refund. Its like for no fault of mine, Neither I'm getting my money back nor the Ordered items. Finally received courier on 22nd Aug.

I'm not sure of the quality, can write after use of the purchased T-shirts.
For now, the company has to take care to see that the dispatched orders have reached customers or not. Its not enough just to receive the money and send with some courier service, which hardly bothers to deliver.

Customers who pre-pay need to go through hurdles and waste time following up. (sometimes frequent buyers can even forget what they ordered).

The cotton T shirts of your company are very cool, light weight, comfortable and available in pleasing colours. I strongly recommend them.
