Easy to work with, great product, but what makes your company exceptional is Maram! She cares so much about her customers, and ensures she's done everything possible to make your order perfect. She communicates well, and quickly. And no, I'm not buying 10,000 copies...I'm brand new and still trying to work out the kinks on my first children's book. I'm only purchasing one proof copy at a time and she still treats me like a king. I don't know what I'd do without her! Thank you Maram!! -Josh
