I needed to have a part of a WordPress site that wasn't working properly fixed. This is a fairly small task, but one that I wasn't up to after several tries. Ezekiel did a good job of working with me to get a good description of the issue and following through until I was able to see it was working properly. The fee was reasonable. Glad they were willing to do it as a one time task, and they'll be my first call when I need site redesign work.
I just want to say, this was a pretty good experience for me. I’m not good with websites or tech stuff, so I asked a lot of questions, sometimes even repeated the same ones, but Ezekiel didn’t make me feel dumb or rushed.
He would actually explain things in a normal way and show me examples so I could understand. He kept me updated mostly through messages, telling me what part of the website was done. A couple times things weren’t how I pictured it, and I told him, and he changed it without making any big deal out of it.
The site came out better than what I had in my head honestly. I didn’t expect it to look that smooth. Nothing extra or fancy, just exactly what I needed.
I like that they didn’t disappear after taking payment, like some other companies do. Ezekiel stayed in touch till everything was finished.
