Want to write a review because I genuinely believe that PixelMarket does not get the recognition that it deserves in the MS gaming community. I think more people should be open to using it, especially sellers. Before using PixelMarket I would have major trust issues with shady sellers trying to get me to pay first when wanting to buy items and mesos. I speak from a large guild that now all uses the site too. Ever since I started using PixelMarket I have bought thousands of dollars of purchases and never have to worry about a seller not giving me what I paid for. For that, thank you for providing a safe platform for MS buyers to trade with sellers safely. (OwO)

Support is very slow
Support is very, very slow at responding. Still waiting on my ticket for a refund for more than 24 hours with no responses. Frustratingly so because my ticket would be so easy to solve.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Unfortunately, when it comes to handling payments in excess of $1,000 combined with the fact that the item purchased was a game account that is an extremely high risk product, we have to do our due diligence and ensure both the seller and buyer are in agreement and any information exchanged/changed was reverted back and the seller has complete ownership again. This is the entire reason for the site, to ensure buyer and sellers are protected, which, in fact, was done so in your case. When it comes to simpler trades, like gold or items that are simple exchanges, it's much more black and white and are easily refunded within 24 hours. We hope you're able to see this from our point of view, as any other site would have most likely kept your money and sided with the seller entirely, as he did in fact deliver on his end. We like to take a more personal approach, as each case can have its own set of factors that need to be looked at by people who have personal experience in the buying/selling of virtual games, which helps them better understand the circumstances.

Neither of these happened, as you used the product and were still issued a full refund for the purchase. You opened a PayPal dispute less than 24 hours after you created a ticket, not allowing even a full day for a response from us. We serve customers all over the world, so time zone differences can be a major factor in delayed responses.

PixelMarket is a great site to use as either a buyer or a seller. Personally, I’ve had experience on both ends and it was easy to use as both. As a buyer, I admit they could update their guides a little, but unless you’re a complete baffoon, it’s easy to get used to if you’ve ever registered and used any modern day site. It’s safe, they’ll refund if the seller doesn’t reply. Very very easy to get help and support, as they offer it through just about all modern day channels. As a seller, it’s as easy as listing and waiting. Chargeback protection is great when you’re selling expensive things.
Overall, compared to other similar sites, this is way better. Other sites are impossible to get support and they care only about getting their piece of your pie. The fees I pay using PixelMarket are worth it, if just for the chargeback protection and top notch support. It’s got a great future and hopefully more games become available.

They don't give refunds for their own exit scams. They literally take your money and run and say that they're unable to offer refunds 2 months after a service wasn't provided. Avoid at all costs.
