My portrait looks great. It shipped to my door 6 days after placing the order. The quality of the picture you send them matters a lot. Make sure you are facing the correct direction, etc. . . Really a conversation starter.

The product itself could not be better!!!! The customer service could not be better!!!! They are so talented and what they are able to do it truly amazes me. I used a picture of her that was on a rock with the beautiful clouds in the background with the water and her deceased mother and grandmother were on both sides of her up in the sky.
