I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I spent over $100 on this hair, and after a short time it became severely matted and tangled. Despite being advertised as quality hair, it feels like a synthetic blend rather than the human hair I expected.
When I contacted customer service, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were argumentative and unwilling to offer a reasonable refund. I ended up paying over $100 for hair that I can no longer wear.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, the quality of the hair and the customer service were both extremely disappointing.

The wig is beautiful but not as pictured it is also way too small. Initially I gave a 5 star bc I thought it was for another wig I had purchased. I hv returned it and the vendor is being very cooperative so far in the return process.

The wig itself is beautiful, but absolutely the wrong size. I ordered 18 inches and they sent over hair that was 15 inches long. When I tried to show proof of length, customer service did not help, but made excuses for why it was over 2 inches short. To make matters worse, this hair was advertised as only being available in 18 inches or longer, but they later added a 14 inch and 16 inch option only after I complained my 18 inches was not the correct length. Do not ever buy hair from this company. They are dishonest and hope that you do not catch it. Try LuvMe hair instead!
