AVOID STRATFORD PIZZA GOGO: Asked for sauces you won’t get it. The smell of perfume one. Very inconsistent.

Ordered two extra large pizzas which took nearly 2hours to arrive. Once it did, I received 1 extra large with 1 medium and 1 small. I phoned the store for the staff to be rude and argue it’s the same thing? Not only was it really late the pizza it self looked soggy. They collected the pizza, got a refund and went dominos which was lovely. Do not waste your time

Pizza gogo? More like pizza slow slow! Hated it! It was so gross, overpriced, and took forever. The place was stuffy and hot, and instead of making our pizza, the people just stood around talking. DO NOT GO HERE.

Food took over an hour to come! And when it did it was stone cold so my husband refused the food when I called the restaurant the man on the phone was nothing but rude! Showed no remorse just argued back! We used to get our pizzas from here all the time and now I will make sure we never order and my friends and family never order form here again! Extremely disappointed with the service

On the website there is fries shown, but after i ordered them i got wedges. i rang up as this was not what i ordered and the guy on the phone was very very rude to me and said thats what i ordered but then went on to tell me that they don’t do fries. i also MUST mention the grease coming from that pizza, oh my days it was REVOLTING!!!!

Looking for a good pizza in the area for a nice dinner for mothers day. Went awfully.
Asked for deep pan, got thin crust.
Called the company and got nothing but passive aggressive anger fired back at us.
Did replace some of the pizza but didn't fancy trying because of the attitude (chance of them doing something to tamper with it because it was obvious they were angry and were trying to prove us wrong and didn't like our response to their slip up.)
Never ordering from here again.
Save your money. Food was awful.

Got the single deal tonight and the pizza’s were absolutely disgusting I paid 23pound and a waste at that I would stay away from this place if I was anyone reading this

Ham on pizza was gone off employee rude waited over an hour to get the pizza delivered pizza is cold burn and gone off and the staff member had no answers said it look ok to him absolutely disgusting told him to come and pick it up for lunch as it will not be eaten now disgusting behaviour from somebody that works in the food industry. Place should be shut down.

Order too regularly from this company in Stevenage. Only pizza place we buy from. Always hot, lots of toppings, order has always been correct, lots of deals to choose from. Order arrives promptly, drivers always polite.

I am ordering pizzas from Harlow branch and always mentioned no beef due to religion. Today when ordering the pizza I was told their pepperoni is made of beef. Whenever I order they used to tell me their pepperoni is made of turkey. When costumer is asking no beef, why they did not mention about pepperoni. In their menu it is written pepperoni only ( not mention beef or anything). once costumer said no beef, why they did not mention about beef pepperoni. I have been feed beef all these years.
When i raised my concern to their owner, he is saying you should read the menu. No apologise and no accountability.

The cheese in the stuffed crust tasted like it had gone off weeks ago, everything else was fine.

Khan from the Streatham branch was amazing, polite and I hope we get to meet again. 100% satisfaction 👍🏼

Ordered two pizzas asked for one with no chillies but they didn't listen so ruined my meal totally!! Never buy again from them

Have been ordering from the Brentwood Branch for years.
Ordered pizza two weeks ago and it was awful , nothing like we usually got. Thought they had sent the wrong order by mistake. Too tired to send back.
Ordered agsin last night and got the same awful pizzas we got two weeks ago. Much thinner base , awful topping.
Won’t use them again.

I went to order pizza two guy they were there they started to take my order as soon the phone started ringing both of them ignored me and they answered the phone crap, and disgusting service. Definitely I don't recommend anyone to go there again

Friendly service and food turned up nice and hot and was good tasting food at a good price, took about 45 mins to be delivered but not going to complain when food was hot on delivery and delivered with politeness.

Having been a regular customer this was the last time.

Manager was rude, and said I couldn’t cancel an order that took nearly 2 hours to arrive.

He said the order had left but somehow it took 35 minutes to cover a 7 minute drive.

And cold when it did turn up.

Manager hung up when I said I would be contacting their head office which I have now done.

I can deal with delays etc, just be honest.
