got approved for a withdraw and then i waited for over 2 weeks for my withdraw only to go to them to ask where it was and they said they decided that it was refused and kept the money

I give this a four star so everybody can read this. Planet 7 casino will rip you off if you win any money at all. They will try to say that you used mixed funds or will leave your request in limbo for 2 months so you can use that money to play and lose all of it again. This is the first time I've won and they owe me a little over $2,000. That was 3 months ago. They keep saying that the manager that approves it is on medical leave then recently they said that they could not approve it because I used mixed funds which is all b******* because it was 100% cash deposit no bonus is used! Complete scam! Do not play. Plus all the games suck they're old and they have no live blackjack dealers. Horrible old and a bunch of scammers.

I won $4000 on a no deposit bonus which happened after I played all my wager and was playing with my own $ now. I tried to cash out but my $4000 dwindled down to $1700 for some reason, which they eventually denied me of because I was using mixed funds. I went back to look at my transaction history and it shows that the manager approved my withdrawal. I bookmarked it so wish me luck.

I wish I would’ve read some reviews about planet 7 before I spent any money. I tried to verify my ID. I sent very clear pictures of my ID and they denied it every time saying the pics were too blurry. But I took the clearest pics possible using a camera stand and high quality camera. But every time they would say it’s too blurry. Eventually after about 5 times they said I couldn’t use that document to verify my ID. but they only have 2 options drivers license or state ID. And I only have an ID.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. They don’t honor promotions, I also doubt they payout considering they can’t give cash back to when they offered it right before my deposit. Terms and conditions say 24 hours of first deposit. Awful. I have pissed away way more than I should have here, but today was the last straw. I attempted to make two withdrawals yesterday totalling $2800. Went to bed, no issues. However, when it comes to paying out they will make it seem like it's approved when in fact they've actually denied it and won't pay out or put back the money you've already won on their games. Just adding to the list of complaints about this casino. They are thieves, liars, scam artists. I deposited 50 dollars and won 165, still havent received my winnings or any correspondence.
