Donuts were lovely-althougj somewhat melted but delivery company let you down..they left donuts outside, did not put a card through door so no one knew they were sat out in direct sunlight!

Ordered online yesterday after seeing the donuts from vegangirlboss. Had to reach out to their customer service after I used the autofill address and added the wrong one. Donuts got delivered this morning. 5* service
I only got one filled donut as they don’t give descriptions for each donut, so I feel like I’ve been scammed

A great selection of gorgeous doughnuts
A great selection of colourful, well designed and delectable looking doughnuts which totally satisfied the taste buds too. A great size, not too big, not too small and sent in a really fun box which kept them fresh for the 48 hours advertised. Only negative was they arrived a little later than expected. I ordered them on a Thursday evening and they didn't arrive until Tuesday. This was the only real issue, otherwise great service and very tasty, thought out doughnuts!

Regarding the delivery timing, I completely understand your concern. I’ve checked your order and can see it was placed at 9:15pm on Thursday. As noted on our website, at checkout, in your order confirmation email, and in our terms and conditions, our final cut-off for Friday delivery is 1pm on Thursdays. Any orders placed after this time are dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, which is why your doughnuts arrived when they did.

Love the mini doughnuts, just the right size for grandchildren, and oldies too.
Difficult to get delivery day right unless you only order the day before you want then!

Having been fancying a posh vegan doughnut for weeks, we suddenly remembered 'Planet Doughnut'. Seeing that there were no shops near us..omg they do delivery.
We ordered a pick your own box of 6. Wow what can I say..delivered nice and early the next day, beautifully packed. And I didn't realise what a wonderful sight 6 large doughnuts in a box was!!
Tasted fantastic looked fantastic. Well worth the money and I will definitely be ordering more.

Birthday gift for those who have everything!
Lovely products - helpful staff when I couldn’t add information to the website.
Website isn’t the easiest when trying to add a gift card etc so that was much appreciated
Vegan is starting to dominate the range - so be careful it doesn’t become off putting.
Gift was very well received and they said they were amazing and all got eaten, so I guess that’s a really good sign!

Disappointing Service and Mishandled Food Delivery
I was excited to order from this bakery but had an incredibly disappointing experience with Planet Doughnut’s delivery process and customer service. My order, intended as a gift for my mum, was left with a neighbor without my consent, despite me clearly stating multiple times that no one would be available to receive it. This unauthorized decision disregarded my instructions and left me with no way to access the delivery. I would have greatly preferred if the order had been returned to the shop, giving me the option to either request a refund or change the delivery address.
For a food delivery, this is especially unacceptable. Perishable items cannot be collected at any time, making the choice to leave them with a neighbor both impractical and careless. I was not even provided with contact details for the neighbor, leaving the doughnuts to go to waste or be thrown away.
The delivery policies on their website are unclear and confusing. I believed I was choosing next-day delivery, only to later discover specific days are excluded—information buried in small grey font in “add note” box during checkout; and in order confirmation (after payment!) email which I haven’t read on time to cancel the order.
Customer service was unhelpful, refusing to offer a refund or a proper resolution despite their mishandling of the delivery. I now cannot change the delivery address or contact the neighbor to let them know they can use or dispose of the items. My money has essentially gone to waste.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for unclear policies, zero flexibility, and poor handling of customer concerns.

I am sorry to hear that, despite our daily email correspondence last week, there is still some confusion regarding our delivery policies.
As outlined clearly in our initial response, an alternative address can be provided after the doughnuts have been shipped, however this must be done directly through FEDEX and would take 24 hours. As this was not done before the doughnuts were delivered, FEDEX left the doughnuts in a place they deemed safe, which was a neighbour. This policy is standard procedure and is also detailed in our terms and conditions.
Once again, I would like to reiterate that we have followed all delivery procedures as outlined throughout the ordering process and communicated them at each step.
As a gesture of goodwill, we did provide you with a discount code for your next order.

Very easy website to navigate, really clear allergen advice. The doughnuts arrived on time and wee well packaged, absolutely delicious.
