We run high quality activity camps for children aged 4-12 years of age, providing some relief for busy parents and fun for active children during those school holidays. Our camps are not just about participating in safe, fun and healthy physical activities, they go much further and ensure sport is used positively to inspire children and young people. Planet Active Holiday Camps At all of our camps we run our 'World Trophy' programme. We start with dividing up the children into teams before they choose a country for their team's name. They then earn points for their country in a wide range of ways, such as good teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, determination, ability and behaviour, for example. Then, on 'Final Days' all the points earned are doubled before the children revert to their teams and compete in all the sports they have been experiencing in the preceding few days. Through the World Trophy, children are given a word of the day each day to learn and understand, as well as being asked to research the nation whose name their team carries. Topics can range from learning a fact about their chosen country or its language to creating that nation's flag. Our active childcare holiday activities and courses are all Ofsted registered, designed with the working parent in mind, meet National Curriculum standards and are delivered by our fully trained, qualified and quality assured coaches. My daughter has always enjoyed going
My daughter has always enjoyed going. We’ve been using Planet education since August 2021 for all our school holiday childcare needs. The activities are child led , well though out and keeps the busy! The food provided has always been a hit.
The staff at Andover have been lovely and always remembered my daughter. I’ve been put at ease knowing my daughter is well looked after.

Every time our daughter went (Andover) she came back saying she wants more. The teachers are lovely. Also the comms are great, we have done some errors in booking which were easily and quickly resolved, without pressuring in purchasing more. When we had to cancel, they were brilliant, understood the situation. I have nothing but praise for Planet Education.

5 stars from my 2 boys! My boys have been going to Planet Active camps for years and absolutely love them! As a working mum, it's been invaluable in the holidays. A great mix of activities, life lessons, coaching and, most importantly, FUN!

My children really enjoy the holiday club at Chalk ridge school with Mr Chambers.
They come out exhausted from all of the activities and I can leave them there knowing they are safe and happy.

Howard of Effingham
My children (10 & 7) attended holiday club at Howard of Effingham in February half term (and previously), and both enjoyed it. The club is very active (my daughter's step count was a record!!), the staff are friendly, and it's reasonably priced too. My kids have attended a few different holiday clubs in the past, and now this is the only one my son is happy to go to.

My two boys attended places leisure…
My two boys attended places leisure this feb half term, they only need to go for the standard day but always ask if they can go for the extended day. The staff are really nice and friendly, the boys come out really tired but have had a fantastic time.

Girls had a great time!
My two daughters (age 7 and 9) went in the February half term but have also been in other holidays. They enjoy it and come out tired. They especially like doing lots of different sports and love the gymnastics.
I find the staff very welcoming and enthusiastic.

A big hit !
My daughter loves this holiday club. The staff have always been engaging and fun with the kids. They accept childcare vouchers, so easier to pay, and you can extend your hours if you need, to allow to get to and from work on time. Excellent!!

I booked previously at Howard of Effingham. My daughter loved it, staff are friendly and helpful. I only wish you could booked summer holidays a bit earlier! But will definitely recommend this holidays camp for children & parents

Fun and friendly holiday club for the kids
My sons have attended Planet Active at Places Leisure in Eastleigh on many occasions over the years.
A few reasons why we choose Planet Active...
The staff are always very happy, friendly, approachable and engaging with kids. Also, Karen in the office has always been very helpful with booking/payment queries.
The kids are able to partake in a variety of sports and activities including swimming.
Extended days are available, which is great when you work 9am-5pm.
They accept childcare vouchers.

Planet Education Birthday Party
We booked Planet Education to host our daughters 7th birthday party as she loves attending the holiday club in Eastleigh.
We were so happy with the two coaches (Wai and Guy) provided and the multisports games. All of the children had a brilliant time. Both coaches were fantastic! I would highly recommend and have since had parents of those that attending commenting on how much their child enjoyed the party.
Special attention was given to a child that needed support and encouragement which was just brilliant. Wai and Guy helped with all aspects of the party including the food and clearing up. We will definitely be booking another party again :)

My son really enjoys the Planet Active club at Sir David English in Bournemouth. The coaches are all really friendly and there is a good range of activities. Would definitely recommend.
