I’ve never used a CRM before, so I was a little unsure at first, but Planning Beats has been incredibly user friendly from day one. The layout is intuitive, easy to navigate, and it didn’t take long at all for me to feel confident using it as part of my day-to-day workflow.

Since using the platform, organising weddings and events has become so much easier and far more efficient. It has streamlined everything from enquiries and planning to client communication and event management, saving me a huge amount of time and helping me stay on top of every booking.

Planning Beats has genuinely added significant value to my bookings and my business as a whole. For any DJ who is serious about growing and improving their business, Planning Beats is an absolute no-brainer. Easily the best CRM I’ve used so far.

Coming from spreadsheets and google forms, Planning Beats is in a world of it's own. I didn't think I needed a CRM because I wasn't busy enough but Planning Beats has made my life so easy! Admin is 10% of what it was before.

Plus the Set Ready software!!! Hooking into planning beats so you can match all your songs to your DJ library. Then actively at the gig, it'll tell you if you're about to play a must play or do not play. Then a golden "hidden gems" feature that suggests songs that might work which you haven't played in a while.

All this into a package as affordable as Planning Beats is... There is nothing, 100% NOTHING, on the market that offers all these features and ease of use.
