We recently completed a major system update at that time, and in that transition, a few users did encounter temporary issues with document downloads. This has since been fully resolved.

At the time you encountered these issues (December 2024), we were in the middle of scheduled maintenance and system upgrades. An appropriate error message was displayed during this period, but we completely understand the frustration this may have caused.

We also reached out and requested your account details so we could intervene and resolve the situation promptly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which limited our ability to assist further at that time.

We take all feedback seriously and have since made significant improvements to the platform’s stability and performance. We do not advertise our business plans as free; our website includes a clear pricing page and detailed FAQs that outline the costs associated with our products.
Our aim is to provide valuable, reasonably priced services that are accessible to entrepreneurs—a significant saving compared to typical consultancy fees, which can reach up to $300 per hour.
