The long waiting is rather frustrating. The stated delivery time is far too long, which means that we have to be home a whole day. Even worst is no delivery on the assigned day without any notice. A shorter delivery timeframe is much better. Customer service should also inform us earlier when the items are not going to be delivered as scheduled.

Good quality second hand pallets at competitive price - ordering was easy and delivery was as advised (having contacted them for a time slot on the day of delivery). Can't fault the service. I will definitely use again when I need more pallets

Pleased I found this company! These pallets were bought as part of a project to attach to resin steps for inside an overground pool to help my arthritic dog have access to daily swimming to help her. We used these to provide height to match the top of the pool and provide further steps and a platform to weigh down the steps in the water (16x25 kilo bags of double wrapped and clip tied sacks!) The pallets gave a platform for the sand bags inside the steps and the use of the attachments to keep it safe and stable. I rang the company to speak to and Darren was very helpful and friendly to speak with. I explained my project and we talked through best options and they very helpfully hand picked the most suitable ones and matched the colours and pallets arrived on time and were in very good condition (they had been pre-owned) and were as described. Happy customer and very happy dog too! Recommended company and products.

Great service. Rang them from the other side of the world to have a pallet dropped off to an address I'd never been to, on a drop off date booked 10 days in advance. No problems , Smooth as.

Next Working Day delivery upgrade at a cost of £24 did not happen. Supplied wrong pallet size

No fuss, delivered on time and good quality product. Perhaps a little more flexibility on price relating to the number of pallets needed as the jump in price is significant for less than 50 pallets.

I ordered 8 plastic pallets and because I needed these urgently I paid £66 carriage, which seemed excessive. When they arrived only 5 were delivered and I am in the process of trying to get the remaining 3 delivered.

I only wanted 1 pallet for a home project I had. Really impressed by easy it was to order online and how quickly it could be delivered. Found this company really easy to use. Thank you so much for your service.
