Platinum Cleaners Avis

I Couldn’t be happier with the service Anita and her lovely team provided for me today. I had an end of tenency, carpet steam cleaned and sanitised. I have also recieved a full deposit from my landlord and he has taken Anita’s details because of the amazing clean. Would definitely use again & recommend to anyone else looking for a cleaning service! Fabulous job (London franchise).

Anita from the London team team visited my elderly parents home and cleaned the carpets in the bedroom and hallway. They have done an amazing job. We explained that the carpets were heavily stained with urine and told this was not a problem. The carpets now smell and look as good as new. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much. 5 stars service.

London team- arrived promptly on time, professional, trustworthy team. They did a great job cleaning up our old camper it now smells great and looks lovely and clean. Would recommend and will use again if we ever need to.

Spectacular experience! The London team explained everything and booked me in straight away they were lovely, and very understanding of my circumstances. I came home and my house smelt like roses it was beautiful, my carpets have never been so clean!! I definitely want to commend Anita and Chris the most, I couldn’t be more thankful for how their machines and hard work have transformed our homes. Can’t wait to book back in next time, and thanks again!xx

Very professional service and did a great job cleaning the oven. Outgoing tenants left the oven in a complete mess the oven was covered in layers of black burnt on grease, and stains all inside the oven. Now looks like a brand new oven.

The London Platinum team (Anita, Chris and Sharon) were absolutely fantastic. They did a full house deep clean, oven and carpet clean and their work was incredible in the 6 hours they were here. Extremely thorough, diligent and spotted every issue before being asked. They were a pleasure to use and I will be using them for regular cleans going forward. Couldn’t recommend more. Annabelle

London team were fantastic. Ive three dogs, a small house and the mud recently has been made. Carpets, and even the stairs were left sparkly clean and fresh smelling. Ive used other companies before and their carpet shampooing has been no where near as good as these guys

Anita from the London team did a great job on my single oven - it looks brand new and she was really thorough. Timing may not be the company's strong point - but made up for by a great service. Thank you!

The team did an end of tenancy clean for our London 2 bed flat today and they did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from the London Team, plus very safe and COVID secure. My oven is sparkling and my carpets like new/ highly recommended!

Thank you so much to the London team! They were very friendly, fast and efficient. Even my neighbours were intrigued by them and asked for the contact number for future carpet cleaning. You guys are 🌟

London team! Absolutely outstanding, carpets have never been so clean. First time using platinum cleaners, so impressed with the outcome! The ladies were really polite and friendly, easy to talk too! will definitely be using again!

The London Team are fab! Anita and her crew are ever so polite and they did wonders on my stair case! It’s came out great ! I have used them a few times now and can truly say that their friendly manner and through work is appreciated all the time ! Would recommend them to everyone ! Just a great team !

Outgoing tenants left my flat in a disgusting condition. The oven was caked in layers of black burnt on grease, bathrooms in need of attention.
I booked platinum cleaners London to clean the flat.
In under 3 hours Anita and Sharon tackled the cleaning.
The results were superb, the oven was gleaming like new, the bathrooms and shower screens likewise.
Excellent work and job well done.
Thank you ladies you have my appreciation.
I would recommend you both to anyone looking for a premium cleaning service.
Helen a very satisfied customer.

They were late and instead of apologising, we were met with a bad attitude by a member of staff on WhatsApp and on the phone. We in the end did not feel comfortable with having them come home so cancelled. This attitude is rude and extremely off putting.

Anita and her colleague from the London team were fantastic. I booked in a deep clean and they delivered! No corner or skirting board left untouched and I finally feel like my house is a home again. What these ladies accomplished in three hours is nothing short of a miracle. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service, they we so friendly and worked so hard and a really dirty oven is now as new. Really good value, getting them back soon to clean the carpets!

Unfortunately have a string of e mails from Gareth and am still awaiting the promised refund having given him the bank details he asked for. Paid £295 for 2 people to spend 3 hours doing a domestic clean because the rest of the work wasn’t carried out as promised. Offered a partial refund which I agreed to accept but have yet to receive that partial refund.

Brilliant work Sharon and Anita! 5 stars thank you so much 😊

Anita and the London team were fab! Superb job on a very challenging oven clean, at very short notice. Its working brilliantly now and looks great! Anita and George were so professional, friendly, worked efficiently, neatly and really quick. I will absolutely be booking them again and highly recommend! Thank you Anita, super grateful!
