Wow. These guys are awesome. It’s rare you find a company that’s so genuine, reliable and trustworthy. All for a good price as well! I really hope these guys go far as it’s not often I trust companies with my valuables.

The customer service response is literally the same day, I’ve never seen a company respond so quick.

Only thing I’d recommend as a slight change is including the tracking number for the return in the completed email as well as email notifications for each stage I.e graded, slabbed etc but the tracking page on the site is really easy to use!

I really like the quick replies from the company, I thought they handled enquiries well and were very good and answering questions. I also liked that they try to be personal and if they met you at an event they will mention that in the email. In addition, I thought the pricing was fair compared to other companies and the turnaround time was OK. Overall, they felt like a reliable company to use and I will be using them again.

Sent two cards off for appraisal (grading). Happy with the scoring on both cards, very fair. Both got 9s. I had an enquiry, whilst waiting. Very quick in responding. Items arrived back within 4 weeks as advertised. In fact I was given a free card stand, I accidentally only ordered one and really wanted two so it's nice that they gave me one on the house. It's appreciated. Great company, great scoring. Will use these guys again, I've got a list of cards waiting to be graded. Too many to do at once lol. But this is the company I'll be using going forward. Thanks again guys.

I met the Platinum guys at the London Card show and they were some of the most friendly people I’ve met. I also emailed them throughout the order process to double check a few details and Laurence got back to me immediately. When my cards arrived I was happy with the grades. The slabs are pretty good too and they don’t feel cheap at all. I love the sticker on the slab too. Overall the process was great. I was quoted 3 weeks turnaround at the time of ordering and it arrived in just over 4 weeks which isn’t awful. I would love for this company to grow into something which is recognised in the TCG community. This might give the graded cards some extra value. Will definitely order again.

Quick turn around and communication on point

I purchased an already graded card by PCG so cannot speak for the customer service, turn around time, cost etc. However, being brutally honest the quality of their work is bad.

Stuck inside the slab on the front of the card was a black spec of something (a flat circular object of about 1mm diameter and very visible). At first I thought it was either damage to the card or a pen mark of sorts, but after close inspection I could tell it was something stuck onto the card. There was also a small hair, and some other fluff on the back of the card, all stuck within the slab.

Their website states their slabs having a “perfect-fit”. Although this one certainly wasn’t. The card was set off centre inside the slab, pushed flush up against the left side, with a gap on the right.

I decided to crack open the slab and remove the card as it looked terrible with a black object on it. Thankfully the object fell off without any issue and the card is now nice and clean, on its way to PSA.

This may have been a one off mistake. But for the poor quality control, cleanliness and overall quality of their work, I must let others know to avoid this company.

I can only imagine how annoying it would be to send off an expensive card, to then get it back in the state this one was in.
