Recently brought the UPC box and wanted my 2 gold metals cards graded to ensure they would stay in good condition. With a tight budget i was looking for a company that could accomodate this and that is when i found PCG.
I enquired regarding if they could do metal cards and to my delight they could so i put in my order for 2 cards and 2 stands for their standard option of longest turn around time, with the applied discount, this only came to £25.25, or £31 without the discount, once paid i shipped them off in good hope they arrived safely.
2 Days prior to this review, i recieved an email regarding if i wanted the standard grading sticker or if i wanted the rainbow one. Im assuming this is because the rainbow one is a more chosen choice, and while i thought i did opt for this in the first place, regardless, i did appreciate the contact to confirm this and discuss. I did also ask to see a comparison which was sent over minutes later.
The delivery they use is obviously next day as the day before writing this, i got an email confirming it has finished processing and that it is on its way which i recived today!
I do have to reitirate that i am very happy with the service provided.
If i could give any constructive feedback, it would be 2 things, 1 would be to either include a message about how the buyer needs to send the cards themselves and pay seperately for postage and packaging or include a way at the checkout page to include a postage label if possible. The 2nd thing would be a minor update saying the parcel has arrived and processing will begin shortly or something along those lines.
Even without those 2 things, i would definitely recommend this service and if i come across any other cards i want to preserve, i will be using this service again!

In a world where competent grading is hard to find, it was a dream to find these! Not just Platinum in name, but Platinum in service as well. They were happy to answer questions over Instagram and were really helpful for all aspects. The cards were returned in better packaging than were sent and I found the price points to be very reasonable.

I couldn't recommend them enough, and I will certainly be using them again.

i sent a card over to them valued at £250-500 ungraded, and as my first time ever doing something like this, I Cant describe my experience any better than they took my hand and walked me through it like a baby lol, what more can you ask for? extremely approachable, assisting, excellent care and attention into service, speedy, I'm 100% going back with more cards as they have gained my faith and respect in their operational handling, they are AMAZING for where they are, and they shouldn't be, but they are great! so understand that your card no matter the value or rarity! is in excellent hands here, only thing missing to make it possibly the best service in the UK is a live chat? maybe for a few hours a day? Would be awesome concept!
