I bought a data esim for a week's holiday in Malaysia. The data plan worked as soon as I turned it on when I landed in Malaysia. I used it mainly for WhatsApp text messages and WhatsApp calls. All worked very well with a good speed. I recommend this product and will use this company again.
Flexible plans, Fastest customer service I have ever received, no matter what I need help with usually resolved within minutes. So far seems to work in a variety of countries really well. Very highly recommended
Platinum is really easy to use for our staff and has allowed us to have control of our calls and the users.
It has been a great feature being able to receive voice mails via email and having queues set up to different people. Damien made it easy setting up our phone numbers and also providing mobile sim card and internet.

This afternoon both Sandra & James worked hard & long to resolve the issue I had with my bigpond email account. James suspected that the iCloud account could be causing the problem but suggested that I contact Apple Care to get their advice. After refreshing my mind with a hot coffee, I contacted Apple care who confirmed James’ suggestion, deleting the iCloud mail account then adding the bigpond account, with instant success!
I can highly recommend Telstra Platinum Support & greatly appreciate that there’s always a very helpful, professional & patient technician a phone call away when technical problems arise.
Damien has been wonderful. His service is super fast and has been very helpful with answering all our questions. Has given us a lot of his time with assisting us. We have a new phone system set up with Platinum Telecom and we are very happy with the service that has been provided so far.

Im really happy with the service I got from Platinum Telecom. They looked after everything, from finding me a great plan, choosing the best hardware, setting everything up we even had someone come to my business and plug everything in and check it worked perfectly. Damien is the man to speak to! Platinum is like having your own personal telco, no dealing with Telstra or Optus and no long waits on the phone for tech help. 5 star!
