Platinum Valet - Approved Meet & Greet Operator Avis 

Since I have booked with Platinum Valet for the first time, I never used another provider, when I fly from BHX airport.
Service is great, reliable and timely.
Staff is friendly, professional and attentive.
Will continue to use them!

First class service from start to finish. Checked vehicle before we left and delivered back before we arrived at drop off point. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What can I say? An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Drop-off was quick and hassle-free, and despite landing at 3am, our car was there waiting for us exactly as promised.

Harry runs everything like clockwork and provides exceptional service. Friendly, professional and incredibly reliable. It took all the stress out of travelling, and I honestly can’t recommend highly enough.

We’ll definitely be using the service again. Thank you, Harry and your team!

Was late coming to get my car which made us waste our money on the lounge, then on returns felt rushed to get out after a long flight

Very well organised Company, Harry made sure our car was ready for collection from the Valet Car Park as soon as we'd landed. Our vehicle was well looked after while we were away. Only criticism is the fact that my Dash Cam was disconnected when my car was picked up on the day we arrived. Apparently this is in the terms and conditions that they do this and is done to avoid their Secure Car Park being able to be located. Would have had 5 stars but for this.

From start to finish, Platinum Valet has kept up their professional manner. Keeping me up to date with timings and what will happen throughout the process. Very quick and efficient service cannot fault them. Having known that I have 2 kids with me they made sure that there was no delay. Harry and Hammi were amazing staff members and would definitely recommend any one flying from BHX, please use Platinum Valet. They even washed my car for me on return which was amazing :)

The price at the time of booking was the most reasonable for the 11days. The drop off was sooth a little wait I would suggest you stay in car while waiting as we did get a bit cold. Pick up was good car there ready for us on return. The walk to the terminal was not far but building work ment a little more tricky only a problem if you have walking difficulties

Its not often we give a 5 star review but Platinum Valet really deserve it. The instructions on arrival and departure are exactly as written. We called on our way, really easy to park near the airport, very professional handover and put us at our ease about the valet parking. On our return we called as landed as agreed and they were already there when we got to the car park. The added surprise was the car was washed. And only 8 miles on the clock. A top service given with pride. We will definitely use again and recommend to others.

All round professional service from the moment we arrived and left our vehicle to our return in the early hours of the morning. Staff were helpful, courteous and efficient making the whole experience far less stressful and we will definitely be using this company again

Happy to recommend Platinum Valet. Efficient service with no problems. Good price and only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. Had a few minutes wait on collection but nothing to complain about. Friendly service. Would use Platinum again.

Used Platinum valet.uk at Birmingham Airport. Excellent communication from start to finish, very helpful and efficient. Car was brought to the terminal within 30 mins of landing in same condition we left it with 6 miles more on the clock for those journeys. Would use again and recommend. They even insisted we stay in the terminal until the car was there as it was chilly.

Not really the M&G we expected had to walk ten minutes to airport building same coming back.Manchester you walk across road and your there!Apart from the walk you have to ring 30 mins before you get there and ring soon as you get back to make sure your car is there.Also when got home noticed someone had unplugged my dash cam,no idea why!

Absolutely brilliant service. Met at Airport, very friendly staff, called before flying into Birmingham and car was there for me. Hand shake and off I went. Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope I get free car wash next time

Excellent value and excellent service. The guys I dealt with were polite, pleasant and keen to be helpful as possible. After the only time a phone was not answered I was called back within a minute. So keep them apprised if your timings and requirements and they are ready for you as needed. Even charged my electric car ready for collection (separate charge obviously). Absolutely recommend and will use nothing else now if flying from Birmingham

Very disappointing experience with this platinum valet parking service.

We specifically chose this company because they promised a car cleaning service, which was not done at all. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. We called 45 minutes before arrival , yet still had to wait around 20 minutes outside in the cold with an infant and multiple suitcases just to get our car and key back.

After a long journey, this added unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of organisation and failure to deliver what was promised is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this service and would strongly advise others to avoid it.
