Ordered and item over 100$ for Christmas. Ordered it in October to prepare ahead just for it to not arrive on time. I requested a refund twice before my item was even shipped due to it not shipping by November just to be ignored via email. When they finally responded via email they stated they couldnt refund me since package was shipped despite the Multiple requests for a refund prior to my item shipping. To my suprise my item was shipped 2 months after purchase. So im like ok, it's shipped they won't refund me ill accept the gift arriving late. So playboy uses DHL eCommerce to Deliver. There is no customer service number and the site does not give you periodic updates. So another month down the line here we are in January still no item. I recieved an update finally while i was in my home that the item was delivered. I walk outside no package. Review my cameras no delivery. I check the mail box nothing. I Email playboy again same day, same hour as the item supposedly delivered to be told now I cannot recieve a refund after item has been marked delivered. So basically the moral of the story I got scammed through the official website for 120$ and never Received the merchandise. I received horrible customer service instead. I got denied a refund before my item even shipped , got denied a refund after my item shipped and finally got denied a refund after my item did not arrive. There were so many red flags luckily my bank had my back. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible experience. The merchandise didn’t come true to size and they said tough luck we don’t do returns for anything on sale. The entire website was on sale. They wouldn’t even do an exchange. Not only that but the way they communicated this to me was basically like, go F yourself we don’t care. Avoid this website at all costs!

So, Playboy Plus used to be quite a good site. It had a lot of material and quite user friendly. For some time, it has had its "new" site and its legacy site. I must admit I did prefer the usability of the legacy site.

In the past week or so, they have introduced a brand new site. New look and feel but ZERO functionality. The search engine is unusable (only returning five hits for any search). The content has been cut back - or not fully transferred over. If a site isn't ready, why publish it especially when you are making people pay quite a sum for membership.

As a life time subscriber, I do not believe this site is worth subscribing to - perhaps it will improve but for now I would highly recommend not taking a subscription

Clothing were really good and nice. They were also "cheap'. The only thing is that its a long shipping time (2 week) and not a good track and trace. I haven't used the customer serive so i don't know it

Unresponsive if you have questions or issues about your purchased items. You will receive no response to your emails and no one answers the customer service number. They sent me a used candle and dented backpack.

I ordered a hoodie and T-Shirt in Europe, but i red reviews after I ordered, so I was kinda worried about my package's destiny. So I decided to wait. I got confirmation of 2 days and tracking link to USPS.
I received my package in 2 weeks (and I thought it will last a month or more), also the quality of clothes is good, nothing to complain about actually. Everything is perfect.
1-star reviews are really questionable.

Better off buying from a different store that carries Playboy. They don’t allow refunds, exchanges or store credit on all “Sale items” their entire store is sale item! Bad customer service

A chinese delivery service was used and I never got my items. A month from ordering instead I got an apology letter and a spoon. The site seems legit but from other reviews seems to be a scam. I sent an email about it to playboy and no response from them. wasted 70$ :(

Horrible experience. Been 28 days since my Initial order and paid for expedited shipping contacted company multiple times and keep getting the same generic email back . Told them I was gonna pursue a chargeback and then I got tracking day 20
It’s been 8 days since and still nothing . If you like their stuff order from a retailer .

I placed 2 orders from Playboy online store on ig 3weeks ago, tracking number provided after I hunt them down for days but it's just said UPS never recived package from them. likely to be scam, DO NOT BUY

I am still chasing an order I paid for in June of last year. This is a TOTAL SCAM

Like the other posts, this company is a joke. I ordered because it said arriving before Christmas, and after waiting and emailing it hasn't shipped yet. I was told they are busy, and it will ship in 2-3 days, and they aren't responsible for delivery time. I asked to cancel and was told no, to please read their policy. Smh! I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. I started a dispute with my bank. Company is a fraud! Do not order from here!

I ordered a package, 15 days ago. It says on their website that if a package takes over 14 days, you may request a cancellation. Playboy has not been responding to any of my messages. Very disappointing, will contact PayPal and will get my money back. The main reason I’m pissed is because the package is in CALIFORNIA, and I live in Quebec, Canada. I won’t be receiving it for at least a few weeks.

Scammers!! i lost £150 on this site its been months i dont know what to do no response anything :( avoid save ur money from this please.

If you ever have to return an item, do not expect to be refunded. My daughter purchased a jacket that was to big for her so we sent it back. It was unworn, she literally just put it on to try it on, so there was no damage at all. Needless to say after following the tracking, they received it back almost a month ago and we have no refund. I have tried emailing them 3 times with no response.

I placed order several months ago and it was never shipped. They shipped some items after a month but still never reply to any emails about the remaining items . I opened a PayPal dispute and its been a week and they haven't responded to it either I'm so confused.

My order took about two months to arrive, I had to send them a mail several weeks after purchasing as I never received a shipping confirmation, then without ever hearing back from them about my inquiry they shipped the order shortly after and it took over a month to arrive. When my order arrived it only had two out of the three items I had purchased. I have currently sent them two mails regarding this and I haven't heard anything back. Stay away from this website it's completely unprofessional and scammy and Hugh is currently rolling in his grave !

Love there merch but they are falling apart and I believe scamming people. Purchased a order and didn’t hear from them in weeks. Sent a email and they said sorry we are running behind with orders. Waited a month and a half and only one item arrived out of 6items. I’ve emailed 3 times and asked a friend in the us to call them and no luck getting through. If I don’t hear back this week I Will have to raise a depute with my bank as there is no refund option and no communication. Stay away
