Always a great experience, new office looks amazing.
Staff are friendly and approachable.
Have handled the covid thing well, you feel safe, all precautions being followed. Was a surprise to get a nice ice cold bottle of water which was nice :) as they said to bring own.

I particapated in a 6 hour playtesting session and had a great time. It was very safe and the staff took all the precautions seriously. I was paid in full less than a day later.

Got accepted to be a play tester, everything went well and got my £100 for playing a game. Social distancing measures were in place, and gave us free hand sanitiser and a mask.

Only things that would’ve been better is that they’re marked wrongly on google maps which makes them a pain to find, and that when they want you to bring your own food and water, they actually give you a lunch break and free water so you can go out and find your own food/drink during this period.

Staff are great to work with especially with technical issues you may be having (e.g. Google maps and Apple music messing up your plan) totally worked with me every step of the way to get past problems and make it through, on a level I'v never experienced before. optimal balance between efficient direction during play-test and banter to keep the sense of excitement & enthusiasm going. only room for improvement would be feeling i was asked the same question sometimes more than was necessary at the end. also with the genre of games we were testing being asked how many hours we played didn't seem optimal for this genre as its something people would have been playing frequently for years. felt there could have been a more optimal way to get the necessary data on that particular question. Would I do it again? with this company hell yeah !!!

Very happy with my experience here, they followed all COVID guidelines and the whole process was very easy and streamlined! An extremely professional and fun experience and would 100% would love to do this again

I had a great experience at the Brighton Player Research location. All the necessary precautions in relation to Covid were taken and I was looked after from start to finish. i got to play a game, give my thoughts and then was promptly paid the following morning!

Amazing and genuine , I really enjoyed my time there . The safety measures were also impeccable and a great experience!

Great ive done 2 before One full day, and one 2 hour slot, they are very welcoming, and informative, I enjoyed it, get to play early, and do surveys of what you've played in between,

Amazing experience, you get to test unreleased games and get paid for it. The staff are all professional and will do anything to make your time there more comfortable
