Damaged item, no response, inaccurate age recs
Item arrived damaged and was a gift set so obviously a gift to be passed on… a padded envelope isn’t sufficient packaging. Emailed almost 3 weeks ago no with no response and ungiftable item. Age recommendation on item also doesnt match whats online which i included in mentioned email. No response 3 weeks later and have checked my junk etc. will not shop here again.

Amazing value for money. I bought three Steiff nursery items for my son's newborn baby. I couldn't find the same items cheaper anywhere else.Express delivery!! Came the very next day. Brilliant! Would definitely buy again.

A gorgeous Steiff Bear… Mr Bearly
I was delighted with the Steiff Bear which is beautiful. I also ordered a wooden doctor’s set which is delightful.
The delivery was extraordinary, I received the items 12 hours after ordering to meet a special birthday for my granddaughter.
