Beware!!! This app is on "Not rewarding you mode" They accuse you of having multiple accounts after sending multiple screenshots! Scammers! Been with them about 4-5 months with alot of playing time and effort achieving goals and missions, then after 3 successful cashouts, they are now falsely accusing people of stupid crap! Stay away!!
The only damn good thing pkaymax is good for.is sending 50 notifications a day, terrible, doe.load and find.out for yourself , been trying this for months now I am.done
It's been two days and I haven't received my payments. I tried taking 10 dollars on a visa card but it's stuck in processing. And Everytime I email them i get a ducking bot that doesn't respond after the first message
Had this app for weeks now, FINALLY crossed the lowest threshold to get PAID 2 days ago for a $10 prepaid visa card. App said 24hrs average payout time when I redeemed it.
Still haven't been paid. Been 48 hours. Not freaking out (yet) but either way ... Even if I DO get paid, I will most likely be DELETING PLAYMAX forever.
TopSurveys is much better & I have earned much more $ in less time and it pays literally INSTANTLY

Awful. Don't pay out. Then if you email their help line. Which I did several times cause it says fast pay out . Nothing fast about it. Two days after I cashed out I still hadn't gotten paid. Now this was only a five dollar pay out. And I got accused of having multiple profiles, having bots to be able to accelerate the game , something about a VPN for other being able to download other countries I don't know something is very confusing anyway I have that email and falsely accusing me of this they never asked me any questions about at multiple profiles or nothing they just sent me a very rude and accusations about me doing all this when I don't even know anything about it if I had got lots that I wouldn't be trying to cash out or fussing about a $5 payout now that's just excuse of scam artists they are scammers scammers and scammers I will never play this game again I did not have multiple profiles I did not in any way I don't know how to celebrate new games or nothing like that. I saved that email if anyone would like to see it, gladly show it.

I sent everything to your address you provided and after 2-3 days NO RESPONSE. So your response to clearing things up and making it right was just hot air. I've heard nothing. So I stick by my review of your scammy app. Scam artist!!!!

I played games for 3 days strait to earn a payout and kept playing never got my payout and they told me I misused the app when all I did was play the games and make my points and I did it strait up now there saying no payout guess if they do this here and there they coming up with extra cash themselves. I play lots of these tried this one and I don't recommend this app to anyone trying to cash out and I'ma real person 100%
