UPDATE, since the response here my account was reinstated, and my payout was approved.
i hesitantly hope for the best, because prior to the below problems it really had been one of the best offers apps available.
will update again if things change.
started out great, got my first reward with no incident. when it came time for my second I had been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when my $25 payment was delayed. it did end up coming a few days late. however after requesting my $45 reward, which I received a majority of due to making in-app purchases because of an advertised promotion for 100% cash back on in-app purchases. I request my withdrawal, a few days pass, and as it nears the expiration time on the timer for my payout suddenly without explanation my account is suspended for "suspected fraudulent activity" without explanation, and trying to get a hold of support is nearly impossible The support email on their website does not work you have to submit a ticket through the application that logs you out over and over again because you have a banned account and you have to fight with an AI chatbot to get it to let you start a support ticket. I've gotten one response, explaining the reason for The restriction on my account is due to making purchases, so the advertise a promotion saying make purchases, then suspend your account because of the purchases that they were promoting in their cash back offer. they have requested that I send them receipts of my purchases, and in the beginning I was a bit peeved but I said fine I understand that there's not just their hands involved and maybe the original offer provider needed the information or something. I said okay fine send receipts of everything, to the email that they provided in their response, and I uploaded them in the support chat thing in app, I provided the requested documentation over a week ago now. mind you this was not my first interaction with their customer service, and in the first response to my original support ticket on this matter I had a response within a few hours. and it was on a weekend, similar in my original cash out problem not a long wait time. it's been over a week and I've not received confirmation they have received my documents, I have not received a estimated timeline, I've received no actual customer service in any sense. I've opened multiple support tickets as that's what their chat bot insists that you do, and they close my requests for support without response The original request is still open with still no response. had this been a matter of rewards not being paid and I did not have my own money involved I would be annoyed and frustrated but I would just let it go. but they in their terms of use over and over again say there is no cost to user, and then they advertise 100% cash back bonus deal it wasn't through the gaming partner or anything like that it wasn't through the original offer provider it was through Mobius directly, it was for any game that I had downloaded through them up to $50. so you directly advertise an offer, you get me to spend my money, and I do so because I'm of the understanding that within a few days I will receive this money back. The only reason that I spent that money was due to their promotional offer.
and suddenly when the clock is about to run out on the amount of time remaining for me to receive my payment instead of logging into find My reward card I log into see account suspended.
I really had hoped that they were going to come through resolve the issue, or communicate literally at all and update me on what was going on.
but here we are, no response, no resolution.

Successfully cashed out twice so far. Had a few issues but support responded quickly and fixed them. Overall good experience with a bit of patience.

I'm rating this at a 2 star for now because I just downloaded it about 5 days ago. I cashed out 15$ about a little over 3 days ago. I'm still waiting for approval. If I get my 15$ by tomorrow night. I'll rate at least 3 or 4 stars. It depends and I'm seeing reviews that are bad for this app. So, tomorrow night will be the true review I give it.

UPDATE: It did take longer than expected, however Mobius did process my withdrawal and I received the money in my PayPal. It is a good platform, was a little frustrating but I don't think it was anything intentional, just a miscommunication.

They do pay out!
They do pay out and it is a fairly new app so it is understandable it could take a while I received my $15 payout after 24 days BUT I earned the $15 within an hour of installation so it would be very easy to get $100 from this app but it would take 2-3 weeks to get to you ❤️

Pure scam
This is nothing but a scam site they want pay you did everything opens tickets no pay and then I download one of the games did everything required to get the last get payout and they want even register I did that or downloaded the app. So don't bother using these scammers I wish Google and the authorities would put a halt to these kind of apps stop letting them pull there scams when it is so obvious that's what there doing but nope the people at Google must be getting some boot leg payments to turn a blind eye to these and other sites

Horrible. Stole $20 . Refuses to answer on customer support. One bot gave me a customer service number...the next said i was wrong and they didn't have a phone number.

I'm glad I'm not spending a lot of time on this app I had a feeling it was a scam app.I got to cash out. Put in tickets to get paid but nothing,so guess what I'm writing them off.Im uninstalling their app and putting them all over social media as a liar app. They don't want to pay me and there are plenty that will. I didn't sign up on their app to walk all over me.It would be different ,If they didn't agree to pay us. Yes I'm frustrated.,and no I'm going to make sure they don't scam another person.Im going do my part to stop that.

Never received cash out. Was told that I opened a ticket and the finance dept would look into it, however, fast track three more days later on top of like 8, still haven't received anything except for my ticket now states that it is closed. This app is straight garbage...

I earned enough to cash out and the day finally came and I try to log in to see where in the process the cash out was and it said that it detected suspicious activity. I sent a support ticket and they said I played the games outside the United States. I've never been outside the United States. I sent another support ticket but haven't heard anything yet. Just don't expect much from this scam app. Do other apps if you can.

do not use this app, they are scandalous and eventually will just not pay you or respond to any of your messages unless it's the AI but the AI just ends up forwarding you to a real person and then they proceed to ignore you. To bad I can't put pictures on here.
