Been using PlayProm for 7 months

Been using PlayProm for 7 months now for both my Spotify releases and YouTube channel. What worked best was keeping it slow and consistent. After some time, I noticed my songs showing up in Spotify Radio and other algorithm-driven playlists, which helped bring in organic traffic. Everything felt smooth and legit.

SCAM!

The only reason why this isn’t 1 star is because one their promotions actually worked for me before. For almost two weeks they made false promises of getting streams but they failed. Just lies day after day. If you’re thinking about using this.. DON’T or if you do only choose a very small amount so you don’t take a huge loss. They said they’ll refund be I highly doubt that also. Hard to believe anything they say now. Don’t use it

And also they said the streams were on their way and sent through on their end. I didn’t believe them and demanded a refund. They then said it was canceled. They wouldn’t do that if they were sure the streams were going to go through because I could’ve just got them for free. I’ll let y’all know in an update if they actually refund me. I’ll probably just go through my bank. Can’t risk it

Edit: found out they don’t even use their own program they use another platform called streaming mafia. Got to their reviews and see how bad those are too. They simply take your money got to streaming mafia and upcharge. Bad business all around. They’ve stopped responding to my emails because I caught them. My bank and lawyers have investigated them and found them. Message me if anyone else wants more info

The service you purchased has an average delivery timeframe of 5–7 days, and after completion, Spotify’s artist panel usually takes at least 72 hours to reflect the statistics. This means that results may not appear immediately even when delivery has already begun.

Additionally, after Spotify’s major update last month, the reflection time for statistics has become significantly longer for many artists. In some cases we’ve observed, the artist panel has taken up to several weeks to fully update, which unfortunately is outside of our direct control.

After you requested a refill, we restarted the service at the same amount to make sure everything would be delivered correctly. However, before the process was completed, you requested a refund, and we honored that request immediately.

Our services are covered by a satisfaction guarantee. If a customer is not satisfied, we offer a full refund, which is exactly what we did in this case.

For transparency, your refund was submitted to your bank on March 12, 2026, and depending on the bank’s processing time it typically takes 2–10 business days to appear.

I’m really happy with the results

I’ve used PlayProm a few times now, and so far I’m really happy with the results. The delivery is usually smooth, and whenever I had a question, their support team replied quickly and explained everything clearly. What I liked most is that the listens come in gradually and look natural, which feels much safer compared to many other services I’ve tried before. My Spotify stats definitely improved after using their slow-play packages. Overall, a reliable service for artists who want a small boost. I’ll continue using them.

Definitely Reccomend!

Works well, and great customer support. Has been very effective at getting noticed by the Spotify algorithm which in turn adds to many playlist that result in new real listeners saving songs and growing audience. Highly Reccomend!

Dont do it

Dont do it. Although the service and the people running it are polite and respond quickly to concerns, its not worth using this service unfortunately.

This was my first time using a service like this, at first all was good for a good month where i built up my streams. But all my tracks got taken down. Spotify dont care who it is that bots it, they know and they take them down. You lose your money, and your streams and your tracks.

I learnt my lesson. money lost, streams lost, songs taken down.

I feel like i have to warn people that use this service, that this can happen. It is not an attempt to ruin the reputation of this service, but i feel like this should be known to the users.

Consistent service.

I had a generally good experience with their service. Although the views usually took about two days to arrive, they always did. Out of four friends who used the service, I was the only one flagged by the youtube anti-bot system, which led to a few delays when I requested refills. However, they honored their promise and resolved everything in the end.

Great speed in terms of time of delivery. Although company phone number doesn’t work the email support was exceptionally quick and they are very generous with any problems had! Definitely would recommend!

Drop off on monthly

My listeners came in fine originally but I have ordered multiple orders of them. One for 1000 one for 2500 and one for 5000 and my listeners are currently back to around 4200. They promise a "Lifetime" refill guarantee yet with my orders I should be at 8500. I have tried to send an email and I never got a response

edit - i retried contacting them after they saw my review and have gotten all of my listeners back plus some extra

It definitely works!

It definitely works. After purchasing it a few times, there was a noticeable natural increasing in my artist profile. My streams increased and I started to appear in searchs. PlayProm is like a diamond for Spotify artists.

They destroyed our album twice on…

They destroyed our album twice on Spotify and we had to pull the album because of it. We twice ordered 1000 plays from Japan. The first time we got 36000 and the second 12000. Both times with an average of 200 - 500 plays per listener. Obviously looks fake and we had to remove the album entirely. Playprom is like a guy who gets hired to decorate a house and ends up burning it to the ground.

With regard to the reply from Playprom. My info is 100% correct. Just went into the artist stats and it still says 12000 streams, now 192 plays per listener. Can send you another screenshot. We didn't contact you the first time because we didn't know what happened at that point. It wasn't until the second instance that we made the connection with Playprom. We looked at the dates of the orders and both times the bot attacks from Japan occured within 3 days of ordering 1000 streams from Japan with Playprom. Can't be a coincidence. We pulled the album when it happened the first time and didn't take screenshots of the listener ratio because we didn't envision needing to. I did take a screenshot of the 36000 streams to show to the band, which I have sent to you. As for the release date, the album was uploaded to different platforms around July 19-20 so the second upload to Spotify may have been a day off. It's not an older album, it's the same Album which we had to remove and upload again. There is no way we could have suddenly received 12000 - 36000 streams from Japan (twice!) both times a couple days after ordering 1000 streams from Japan from Playprom and Playprom having nothing to do with it, Playprom might be fine for a normal order but the country targeted plays from Japan obviously triggered something that made our streaming statistics go haywire. And both times we had to send a takedown order to have the album removed because the statistics were so unrealistic we were concerned that Spotify might remove it for fraudulent streams.

UPDATE: We've been notified that we have recieved two $10 fines for artificial streams for that song, even though we removed the album both times. Spotify fined the distributor and they passed it to us. Thanks Playprom.

You claim to have received 12,000 plays on your second order, yet in the screenshot you sent us via email, the all-time play count for this song is below 1,000, and according to Spotify’s data, the plays do not match the numbers you mentioned. Additionally, the release date of this track (July 19), which you claim was re-uploaded, is actually older than the previous album.

The “older” album you claim to have removed has a later release date (July 20), and although you say it received 36,000 plays, you provided a screenshot of the location page, which does not verify the number of listeners, instead of an overview page where play counts per listener could be confirmed.

You also state that you encountered this issue twice, yet after your first order, you did not notify us of any problems. Instead, you proceeded to place the same order again, despite allegedly experiencing the same problem.

In light of these inconsistencies, we believe this claim aims to damage our reputation and harm our customer relationships. Therefore, we kindly ask you to reconsider the accuracy of your statements.

Recent purchase for views had serious…

Recent purchase for views had serious drop off. Need that to be fixed. Bought 1k views for two videos. Both dropped severely. Most of the views are also from other countries. There is virtually no views from USA besides my already existing USA subscribers that I grew organically.
