A Good Company, sad the battery didn't work for me
This will be a fairly neutral review, but the company is for sure customer oriented.
I ordered a battery for my laptop (Fujitsu U727) and chose one with a part number that matched the original battery in my laptop. Although the battery I purchased fit the laptop perfectly, my laptop, running the latest BIOS version, couldn’t recognize the battery and, as a result, wouldn’t charge. I tried everything I could, but couldn’t get the battery to work, so we agreed on a refund.
On the one hand, I’m disappointed because I still need the battery, on the other hand, this company is trustworthy and doing business with respect for its customers - I hope my case with non-working battery is just an exception, since other people reviews that I found are ok

Niestety nie przeczytałem recenzji przed zakupem. Ta firma to oszustwo. Po opłacie brak odpowiedzi na maile. Zamówienie nie otrzymało nawet numeru do śledzenia statusu. Nie kupujcie u nich baterii.
