I've been a customer of Plenish since trying a cleanse early lockdown and was so impressed by their consistent service. The cleanse made me feel glowing and fresh by day 3 - I cannot recommend sticking with it enough. Natasha was so quick to help when I asked about the nutrition. I started drinking their Cashew Milk as well which is defiantly the closest alternative to dairy you can find - I’m completely hooked and definitely feel healthier for having discovered Plenish!

I have been a customer of Plenish for well over a year now and on every level I cannot recommend them enough. From the quality and consistency of the product to the health and wellness benefits which provide so much support to your weekly routine and that’s not even the best reason to use them. The customer service and care they show you is the best of all companies I deal with and I am an MD or a design practice and rarely get this from many of our supply chain. Nothing would deter me from recommending them to anyone reading this review. We have used Plenish for some time and they have never let me down. Every thing is high quality and they are always available and helpful if you have a question. I would thoroughly recommend their green juices and probiotics. We start the day with one every day. Try them, you will not be disappointed if you are hoping to add something healthy in your diet.

Great service from Plenish and Natasha. Love the cleanses - tasty, healthy, convenient. I am a regular with cleanses: one 3 or 5 day cleanse before a trip/holiday and one 3 day cleanse after the trip/holiday. Makes such a difference. Exceptional products, and exceptional customer service. My husband and I have been doing the cleanse for 7+ months and was best decision we ever made. We do the 5:2 female and male and the product quality is always top-notch. It's crazy to say, but it's not even hard to juice and not eat 2 days a week b/c the juices are not just healthy, they are delicious. The service we've recived is exceptional also. I've paused subscription delivery multiple times to take a few weeks off and they manually accomodate this without a hitch, shifting my schedule and ensuring it stays on track. I am shocked seeing people with delivery issues but honestly think that's covid-related and due to the delivery service they use or maybe related to certain parts of the country, as in 7 months I've never not had my order arrive, and it's never been late (maybe a few hours, but never even a day). They also sent a personal Christmas gift which I've never received from any company, it was beyond. I can't recommend their quality and service enough.

Tried both the cleanses (all 3 levels) and the 5:2 fast. The quality of the product is undeniable - obviously it translates in the price which is higher than most competitors.. although maybe too high. Used to struggle with delivery and not get slots for days so delivery would be delayed and slow but it seems to have changed and my recent deliveries were very fast and smooth. Never had a problem with customer service (responsive, kind and efficient) and I have dealt with them several times.
Would wish to see more promotions/savings as the main reason I don't order more often is the price.

Ordered the almond milks a couple of times and have no complaints. The milk is great with no added nasties (exactly what nut milks should taste like). I use it daily in my smoothies and have been using it for the past 3 months at least.

I had tried it in a chai latte a couple of times and it isn't as creamy as a barista would be and had some separation but I realise that fixing this would require more added ingredients (e.g. oils) which I would not be happy with.

Had a delivery issue with my first order but customer service sorted it out for me and no issues with my second.

I needed a boost after the gluttony that is December, and so I did a 3-day cleanse. I found Plenish after googling cleanse brands, and I am very happy I went with them. The package arrived and I got a free glass straw in my package which was a nice added extra, it came with a manual which helped me understand how to do it all. The first day was hard, the second was easier and the third was easier still. The chocolate milkshake at the end of each day was truly the highlight, will defo do another before the end of the year

4 day cleanse - Really wouldn't advise or recommend to anybody.

Stomach cramps from day 1 - cleansed multiple times before but never through plenish. Contacted customer services but offered no real assistance.

Was told to spread them out, but cramps continued whenever I drank them. Ended up pouring them down the sink. Expensive mistake but hopefully I stop others making the same mistake I did. There are better alternatives on the market.

I ordered the 5:2 Cleanse and unfortunately due to heavy snow the courier wasn't able to deliver. I rang Plenish and the lady I spoke to dealt with the issue immediately, organising a re-delivery for a couple of days later. I'm now on the cleanse and I think the juices are really good, nice neat packaging so I've been able to bring them to work and store them easily. So far I can't fault their customer service or the product and I've ordered my second week.

My drinks never arrived. The phone line isn’t open so I sent off an email. I was happy with their initial quick response that they would look into it but I’ve heard nothing back. £100 is a lot to spend on a product that doesn’t arrive!

Update: the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. The juices are absolutely delicious (albeit a bit pricey!) and I would definitely purchase again.

I loved the drinks but every time I try to reorder some by doing the build your own box on their website it doesn't let me add any so I've had to give up and order my juices from a different company. Apart from the website the juices were genuinely really nice

I do not understand how these people are not satisfied with plenish products. My nutritionist suggested me this brand since they do not include any preservatives+ additives in their m*ilk, and so far I only have tried hazelnut, almond, coconut, oat m*ilks and all turned out great! The taste is literally amazing, you can feel it is natural. I live in the UK and whenever I ordered them, arrived within two days. I only wanted to try first but now I can assure I am a repeat customer.

Well I'm clearly dealing with a different company haha! I've purchased 3 winter cleanses, and I'm currently doing the 5:2 which is expensive but I've got it on subscription so there is no excuse for me not to follow my diet and I don't have to think what to eat 2 days a week hurrah! I felt INCREDIBLE after doing my cleanses, I've tried lots of competitors and Plenish make the best juices imo. I've recently purchased their book so will start to make my own juices but tbh I like the convenience of it just turning up. Some drinks don't taste great but they are zero sugar. My favorites are Boost, Pump and Savour. I also get the gut guardian and b12 blast, I do feel SO good on my juice days :) Definitely recommend, check out their reviews on trustedshops definitely more accurate. Steve (multiple reviews below) sounds like an angry ex boyfriend :/

Fantastic products, specifically the ginger shots, Fuel juice and Almond milk. However, appalling reliability in delivery, product never arrives on the date, when it arrives it’s no longer cool (3 days later- if it arrives at all, this is a frequent issue not a one off ) the delivery packaging is not fit for purpose to keep the product cool- think leaving your fresh food shopping in your car for three days. The product is fresh and needs to be cool but they have no issue with it being warm arriving 1-3 days late having been sat in an unrefrigerated warehouse or van (You can tell when it left them through the tracking link so know it’s just sat in a warehouse). Loose bottles rolling around in a box with a couple of small cool bags. Expensive product, expensive delivery so I would expect reliability and exceptional customer service, the customer service is terrible. I spend over £200 a month either direct or through ocado yet no benefits or valued communications when things CONSTANTLY go wrong. My latest delivery was due on Friday, it’s not arrived- it’s Sunday, the tracking is saying it’s still in the depot yet Plenish are completely uncontactable or even attempting to address the issue, happy to take your money though.
