If I could give them a minus I would. I ordered 3 of the Bunnies in a Basket March 20th for my 3 Great Granddaughter. As of today, May 18th I have yet to receive them. Customer Support tell me to please be patient - they are in Transit. Well they have been stuck in transit in Denver since April 18th. Oh wait - but please be patient they say. Maybe I can say I am ahead of my next year Easter Shopping. This is the worst company have ever dealt with. If I would have know they were out of the country I would not have ordered. Please be very carful ordering from them, I said I wanted my money back and they said since its in transit I had to wait. Not Happy Hear!!!!!

They illegally tacked on $16.95 TAX…

They illegally tacked on $16.95 TAX after they showed me a total with free shipping and also doubled my order. I ordered 2 for 33.99. They sent me 4 sonic dog Deterrents and charged me twice for the order plus shipping disguised as "tax". No response to emails. Buyer beware. The dog Deterrent does work so I gave it 2 stars would have been a 4 if not for deceptive practices

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I never received the item I paid for. They sent a bogus email saying the item was delivered but the next day said that it was hung up in customs. If I had k own the company was not located in the US I would have never ordered from them.
BUYER BEWARE.

Never received my item just got bogus…

Never received my item just got bogus emails updating "shipping" which were not accurate. Emails to the company were a waste of time as the reply was always the tracking information like it was really coming (when obviously it is not). Do not buy from this company!

NEVER received although they claim delivery

The product took MONTHS in processing/shipping and then I was charged an additional amount to "bring it into the country" (was never told it was shipping from overseas). I got an email yesterday saying it arrived 3 weeks ago (which it didn't). The customer service response to my query for proof of delivery was "to to your post office with this tracking number..." (which doesn't exist with the post office) or to "track with this link" (which is a broken link) or "go to all your neighbors, friends and family to see if they signed for it" while I keep asking for a proof of delivery with a signature but never get. They do not take responsibility for contacting their own delivery service(s) to find out what happened. Terrible company, terrible delivery process. DO NOT BUY from them.

This company has been sending bogus…

This company has been sending bogus shipping updates for 30 days! Tried to get answers but was sent a nonsensical reply. Use Amazon instead! At least you will get your money back when it doesn't arrive.

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered two wine stoppers on December 11, 2024 and never received them. I contacted Plentifulh after waiting one month for a refund, which they denied. I finally received a notice that the package was delivered, which I never received. I contacted my post office and carrier, to no avail. Plentifulh will not offer me a refund, or any customer service whatsoever.
With all of the online companies to purchase from, this is one to stay away from.
