Not working and customer service is not answering on the emails sent to them.

I was looking for an alternative to hotjar for ecommerce heatmaps and Plerdy was a breath of fresh air. I found it little complicated at first, but this is mostly due to the extensive amount of features. I look forward to learning more about it what it can do going forward :-)

After purchasing Plerdy primarily for lead capture leads, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the additional features of heatmap and SEO tools. Up to this point, I haven't encountered any issues with lead capturing or utilizing the heatmap functionality. However, when I did have a question, I created a support ticket, and I must say, I was amazed by the prompt response I received within a mere 2 hours.

Plerdy is an incredible web analytics and conversion optimization tool that I've been using for quite some time now. As an online business owner, I understand the importance of tracking user behavior on my website and optimizing it for better conversions. Plerdy has proven to be a valuable asset in achieving those goals.

Many features in one tool.
Will take some time in learning how to use them all properly, but probably it will be worth it.

If you raise any feature request, he will do everything to fulfill it as soon as possible and notify you when the requested feature is added to the product. Pure gentleman.

The user interface and experience can be improved. Mr. Andrew promised updates and delivering them at a rapid pace. So I am confident enough to see a polished version in near future.
