Michelle did an amazing job organizing our trip. Every detail was provided including itinerary and suggestions. As a busy professional I really appreciate that she show up at Heathrow Airport to pick us up, accompanying us , and all I had to do was show up and enjoy London. Our driver, Abu was super friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. I look forward to another adventure with Plesir"

We had an excellent experience from Plesir Travel
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were picked up from Heathrow Airport and enjoyed a wonderful 3-day trip around London and the surrounding areas, including Southampton Cruise Port, before continuing on our NCL cruise.
The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, punctual, and very accommodating. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our journey.
We were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation and tour services in London and the surrounding areas.

trustworthy company
We were picked up from the airport with all luggage, then went straight to several tourist destinations until the evening when we were taken to the hotel.
Everything went smoothly throughout the three-day trip; the driver and tour guide was excellent , on time, and we were even dropped off at the NCL cruise port.
We will definitely let our friends know to use Plesir's services.

Ordered an airport transfer service…
Ordered an airport transfer service from Heathrow Terminal 2 to our flat. The process was so seamless, starting from inquiring & giving out quotation, to the payment and the actual pickup service. The assigned driver met us at the International Arrivals and helped us to load all the luggages that we brought.
The admin can speak Bahasa Indonesia and English, so it may be more useful for fellow Indonesians seeking travel-related services around London. Thank you.

Smooth service
Everything went smoothly from reservation to the actual day of pick up and drop off. Admin is friendly and informative. Driver assigned was very helpful and drove nicely.
