am Very disgusted with this company. I ordered an item almost 2 months ago and have not received it. I am disappointed in myself that I did not check the reviews.

Do not buy this hair band plastic rubbish broke in 1 day and took ages to arrive. Awful product complete waste of money

Never received my order been 2 months. I put in my order number and my tracking number and they say there’s no such thing I would never order from this company again I’ve been taken for my hard earned money.

Absolute scam ... shit company payed for a wireless CarPlay adaptor but go a stupid usb stick with a aux cable ...DO NOT deal with this company

I ordered an apple CarPlay dongle, I watched a video ad of how it worked and all it’s functions, what they sent me was a usb stick that didn’t do anything!
When I contacted customer service and told them, they said “you got what u paid for “ we will pay you $4 US in compensation. I asked, just send me what I ordered! But they refused. So definitely a SCAM

The advert states its a 256GB device but there's only a maximum of 128GB on the Order form???

USD $ 18.49 First I did not authorize the .60 cent shipping insurance but decided to let it slide. Then shortly after completing my purchase I got an email stating that my payment of $23.11 had been approved and they'd email when it was shipped. I did NOT authorize the extra $4.62 nor the .60 cents. I am trying to cancel my order before they steal any more money from me! Wish me luck--I have a feeling I will need it,

I ordered a solar smart security camera. I received a plug in version. My invoice clearly stated a solar version and they refused to either ship me what I ordered or refund me the full amount. They did offer at first a $5.00 refund then increased it to $8.00 on a $70.00 purchase. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I had a terrible experience with buying glasses from Pleteffect. The product is completely useless – poor quality, uncomfortable, and ineffective. The website offers no real customer support, and I regret buying from them. Don't waste your money or time on these lenses; they're good for nothing. Totally disappointing!

I don't now believe the ratings from trustpilot as being true as this company has lied and cheated me of near 100 pounds with a Facebook advert

I ordered some make-up from them I realized I did not get an order receipt , order number. It says to contact support at Pleteffect nothing will go through . I have received no product and I can’t reach them, any ideas?

I am about to cancel my Visa charge.

I. Ordered makeup with the round sponge and picked the color then tried to pay they gave me a offer to get another for a certain price so they charged me the first one then made another price for the deal I received the first one but not the second one

Pathetic little pocket bag with steal implements which I think are not fit for purpose. Someone needs to take this company down. Made in China stuff should be banned from Australia.

I ordered a Humming Bird feeder from what was advertised as a British company. Hah...!!!

If you try to log onto their website, your internet security software will immediately warn you that this is a SUSPICIOUS website, not to be trusted.

If you do some digging, you find out that this company is actually located in communist China. Refunds? Hah! Did I ever receive my product? NO!

DO NOT EVER buy anything from these SCAMMERS!!!

What a rip off! This company refuses to exchange. They offered me $3 US dollars for an item I paid close to $70 Australian dollars for. The size small that I ordered fits the bust and sleeve measurements the company provided. However the garment reaches half way between my thigh and knee and is cut nearly straight up and down so it is tight across my bottom. It is much longer than the photo implies. I asked to exchange it for a larger size. This was refused. Unfortunately I also purchased a pair of fur lined trousers. I ordered medium size but, honestly, this garment wouldn’t fit a skinny 12 year old! And this garment is poorly made, puckered in places and barely reaches my hip let alone my waist. Please don’t support this company and please don’t waste your money. I have written several negative reviews straight on to their website. The reviews disappear almost immediately.

I took great care to order the correct flashdrive from this company, yet they sent me the wrong flashdrive for my iphone 15. When I proved to them that they sent the wrong one they refused to send me the return address and instead offered me $3.00. Don't ever, EVER buy from this company - you will regret it! (And I see that this company has put their own 5 star ratings on this site - this is obvious as no real customer would ever give 5 star ratings. Ever!)

I ordered the 128Gb FlashDrive Dual storage, which is supposed to be compatible with Android. However, it will not fit into Samsung mobile phone.
Moreover, it required me to download the i-FlashDriveHD app. This is not possible for Android users. There is no Android version of this app. As such this device is not fit for purpose. I have asked for a full refund and they are trying to fob me off with US$3 compensation.
If you are an Android user, do not be fooled by their flashy advertisement. Avoid this like the plague. I'm still trying to get my money back.
