They promise organic growth but all their followers are fake. All the profiles they send you have exactly the same pattern. Only 6 posts and zero followers. Save your money for way better and honest options.

I purchased a Plixi subscription expecting targeted growth from real users.

Instead, my account received a significant number of low-quality profiles (e.g. accounts with no content, bot-like usernames, and mass-follow behaviour). This negatively impacted my engagement rate.

I contacted support requesting a refund, but it was declined based on their prepaid policy.

While the platform claims to attract real users, my experience suggests that the growth may include a large proportion of irrelevant or low-quality accounts.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this service if you care about long-term account health.

I’ve desperately been trying to contact Plixi to ask them to stop the service and stop the bots - but they will not respond to any emails.

This is a dangerous company- do not use!

You will either read this before you pay - and escape - or you’ll read it after and wish you had!

This is a full scam site that promises real organic followers and lure you to subscribe to their platform through influencer ads and extra, but the result is full bot followers that will later be deleted by Instagram themselves since they are fake. Even after you know that it’s a scam and try to unsubscribe, the process is so complicated that you will end up subscribing again and they charge their recurring monthly fees. This is a total bullshit platform. These people have so many bad reviews like 1/5 in their previous site Plixi.com and now they came back again with this Plixi.ai and they look like they got good reviews trust me they are not they are the same old Plixi.com, I got fooled by these green reviews. Complete Scam!!!!!

They say its all organic growth. Mayne organic BOT growth. All new followers were fake bot farm, didnt even try to mask it. Horrible experience, cancelled immediately.

UPDATE!!! Their "reply" to my review below is also BULLSHIT because I immediately provided them with PROOF, a screen shot of all my "followers" (100% bots) which is so easy to verify by just clicking on the bot. And now they PRETEND they couldnt verify me?!????? CHTIB, Im a verified HUMAN!!!!

Very poor experience, and it seems I’m not alone.

Plixi advertises 1,000–1,500 targeted followers per month, but after several months I gained very few followers total. Most appeared organic or irrelevant, including followers outside my U.S. target market.

I set up niche accounts and relevant hashtags correctly from the start. When I questioned the results, support blamed “targeting issues,” which many other reviewers here mention as well. No refund—only pressure to continue at a discount.

Based on both my experience and similar reviews, this service does not deliver what it advertises. I would not recommend it.

It is a scam!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money. All the other five stars reviews about this are not real. All you need to do is go to plexi.com and look at their reviews that will tell you all you need to know about this company. I literally got 19 followers in three weeks. And half of them are bots. I didn’t start getting more followers until I complained and then more than half of those disappeared within 24 hours. There’s really no good social media company out there that can guarantee you all these followers. Their marketing is false advertising. 15 They’re marketing is false advertising. 1500 followers a month? That is a flat out lie. Companies like this will not last. The proof is in the pudding. And there’s no pudding with this product. Don’t waste your time or money.

I subscribed to Plixi expecting a legitimate Instagram growth service. Over roughly two months, I was charged more than $300, and the results were nowhere near what was promised.

Here’s what actually happened:

The “growth” appeared artificial and low quality

Engagement was negligible or irrelevant

The service felt automated and generic, not targeted or “AI-driven” (tl;dr: they use GPT 4-o while 5.2 is almost getting old, hah) as marketed

Support was slow and unhelpful when concerns were raised. There seems to be zero visibility on the site regarding the plan subscription/recurring/one time charges and no clear path to cancelling modules, except cancelling the account altogether, which is the best thing to do in hindsight, indeed.

In short: high cost, poor delivery, zero meaningful value.

What’s most frustrating is the disconnect between marketing claims and real outcomes. The service is positioned as premium and intelligent, but the output felt like something you’d get from a cheap bot farm — except priced at a premium.

I’ve since stopped using the service and would strongly advise others to research carefully before subscribing, especially if you’re a creator or business expecting real engagement or measurable ROI.

Posting every week but seeing no growth was frustrating. This didn’t fix everything overnight, but things feel more active now. I noticed more impressions and clicks through to my link, which hadn’t happened in a while. It’s not too flashy, but it’s been solid support in the background.
