If I could give 0 Stars I would for the Customer Service department. I placed an order with P&H for an item that did NOT say it was out of stock or on back order. A couple days later I get a link to items that I may want to substitute for that were in stock and I would receive before Christmas. So, I ordered something triple the price of the first item. It said it would ship by Dec 17th. I ordered on the 15th. No one can tell me anything about this item that has no tracking number and continues to say PREPARING to be shipped. P&H, the co i ordered through won't give me any vendor info. They emailed the vendor and said it could take up to 72 hours to get an answer. In the meantime, I have no idea if I'm even going to receive this at all. I asked them to call the vendor for me, they cant do that and they have no further information. Im not sure what they call service. But no one is willing to help. They say they have no knowledge of anything, even though I purchased through them. Don't order from these people in case you have a problem. They're no help.

Completely misleading advertising from…

Completely misleading advertising from what is in the catalog and what is available. Called for a customized fireplace screen, which is advertised under the heading "Custom Made Sizes to Fit Any Hearth" and provided the item number. After 3x on hold, I was informed by that none of the items in the catalog were customized, and that only those on line could be customized. The representative was very helpful, however, I wouldn't purchase anything from a company that mislead consumers in this manner.

DO NOT PLACE ORDER WITH PLOW & HEARTH!

Recently I placed an order and Plow & Hearth charged my credit card for the full amount excluding a sleigh that apparently sold out. I didn’t realize it was no longer available until a representative called me days later. I was willing to overlook that issue. However, upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that one of the Siberian Husky statues was not in the box (I bought them as a set). I called Plow & Hearth and the rep informed me that although they still charged my card for both of them, one of the statues is on back order until Jan. 2021! Their website showed both were available when I placed my order! In my opinion, Plow & Hearth intentionally does not notify their customers that an item is on back order so although other stores may have the item in stock, the customer continues to place the order with Plow & Hearth! Supposedly, they will refund my card for the amount of one of the husky statues, but, it will take 3-5 days to process. Unfortunately, the pair of huskies is either no longer available or on back order from other companies now that they have had time to sell out! Plow & Hearth should be upfront with their customers whether or not an item is in stock when they place an order! You lost a good customer today! There are many reputable companies that I will order from in the future. I should’ve looked at all of Plow & Hearths negative reviews before I ordered from them!!! Very disappointed!

Never received items

Ordered items on 8-15. Email confirmation of 9-11 ship date. Emailed several times asking why items have not shipped. They stated they were shipping soon. They still had not shipped, so I emailed again. This time they said the items won’t ship until 12-31 and suggested I choose different items. They were never even going to notify me? I had to keep emailing about it before they investigated. Still waiting on a refund.

Worst online shopping experience

I cancelled an item due to their super late expected shipping date. Two months later, the cancelled order showed up at my door without any explanation. Now they are telling me to dropped it off at an ups location and once they received the item back, I can get my full refund. Worst service ever from any online stores I have shopped. They ask you to take care of their mess while holding on to your money.

I cancelled an order due to not getting…

I cancelled an order due to not getting product till end of summer. Now trying to get a refund has been a nightmare and still going on. Called company 5 times now and keep getting run around. Will never shop there again. Good luck out there.

I ordered a gift on April 27th.

I ordered a gift on April 27th.
When it did not arrive in 5 to 7 days as promised, I sent an email. No reply,
I finally called and learned that they HOPED TO SHIP on May 12!
I said "cancel the order" and was told that it was too late to do so.
Count me out as a customer of Plow and Hearth.

When my wind spinner broke I wrote and asked what I could do. They said because I purchased it through a third party, tv shopping network, they couldn't help me???????? It's their product with their name on it. I will NEVER buy from this company again as they have NO customer service.
